I made an appointment with Top Hat Chimney Sweep in October The guy shows up but I never heard him ring my doorbell,so he leavesAfter an hour, I called to see if anyone was showing upI was thinking that maybe I had written down the wrong day or maybe there was a misunderstandingThe woman who answered the phone was very rude and actually hung up on meI was a little taken back at what I had done it didn't doThe chimney sweeper himself calls me and was very kindI asked him if he thought about calling me because I was there in the kitchenHe said that he did call, but then I had already noticed that there weren't any missed calls on my phone So I told him that wasn't true and he knew he was caught in a lie and was trying to get off the phone with me as soon as he couldI called back to reschedule, but the woman was just so rude to me, so I just cancelledMy complaint isn't big, just about the customer serviceKindness and customer service go a long way and this business could take a few lessons what on customer service isBecause our their rudeness and lying to me, I will never recommend them or use them in the futureBut I will make sure to tell anyone who has a chimney to NOT use this company

I was thinking that maybe I had written down the wrong day or maybe there was a misunderstanding. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and actually hung up on me. My complaint isn't big, just about the customer service. Kindness and customer service go a long way and this business could take a few lessons what on customer service is. Because our their rudeness and lying to me, I will never recommend them or use them in the future. But I will make sure to tell anyone who has a chimney to NOT use this company.
