I like to give an A+ rating for MrRooter Plumbing of Las Vegas I completed a request for service at approximately 1PM on a Wednesday Within minutes, a MrRooter Rep contacted me They gave me some information and said another person that does the scheduling will contact me within minutes It was 5! They had a service person at my house within minutes His name was Jaime C Since I was at work, he called me to let me know the costs, what was causing the issues, and what would happen if these problems were not corrected at this time I choose two of the fixes and he started work He was very professional and you could tell he knew exactly what had to be done I'd like to give Jaime "two thumbs up" for his knowledge, professionalism and workmanship, Outstanding! I now have a plumbing service on call! Their name is MrRooter of Las Vegas!

Byron was amazingThe cost may have been a little pricey compared to a quote years back, but Byron is top notchHe takes his time and gets it right the first timeAny questions or updates I asked for over the phone he was more than willing to give details on where he was at in the projectWe definitely trust his work and would have absolutely no problem recommending him to anyone

In MrRooter repaired a water leak in the wall of my kitchen On October 4, we discovered another leak in the bedroom wall and called MrRooter Kyler T*** responded and repaired the leak When he restored water to the lines he discovered another leak He also repaired that leak and explained to me the problem and the only solution was to re-plumb the entire house and abandon the old copper pipes that were continuing to spring new leaks Kyler put in a call to Thai, his supervisor, and he explained to us the problem and the best solution as Kyler had done I decided to get a second opinion and the second company was a much larger company and their bid was very competitive We decided to go with MrRooter because of the rapport that Kyler had established with us by his knowledge and his communication and plumbing skills We weren't disappointed as Kyler did a superb job within the time that he told us it would take, and the quality of his workmanship

My parents home required the services of Mr Rooter They came out immediately and after assessing the issue, went straight to work The job was completed in a timely manner After inspection, the hole was filled in and landscaping was immediately replaced My father was very pleased with the work and the friendly plumbers I needed a itemized paper copy of the work order and Dino was very helpful in obtaining the information for me
