I am sorry you had this experience over at Top Line Auto Sales I have talked to my employees and have explained the whole situation. Mr*** *** *** Came in and pressured the salesman to push a deal for him forward asap to purchase a truck so we worked hard to get the deal
to happen that day, then *** *** came in the next week and wanted to return the truck because he said that he ha found a better interest elsewhere and no longer liked the truck or wanted it, when we told him we could not return the deal because all paperwork had been filed with the stateHe then asked to trade it for another truck and yes we did agree to trade it for him and when we got him approved on the other truck he wanted the bank asked for more down paymentand needed a little more cash he refused to put more down and said he would just stay with his truck and left home. customer never mentioned that there was issues with the truckhe stated he just didn't like it no longer, so customer just decided he was fine with the truck after alland left the lot that day happy

I am rejecting this response because: They are a bunch of lies... I'm leaving on a work trip tomorrow And I have to take my wife's car , Because the truck is in the workshop they are making me an estimate how much it will cost all the composure as soon as I have them I will send them to you ...And for sure I am not going to pay for that ... for the last time I ask them we can reach an agreement, before arriving at legal actions ..I sincerely hope we can reach an agreement  thank you

I'm sorry Mr. [redacted] but my information that I listed is correct you did not come the next day to talk to me about the truck and the finance can vouch for me in that aspect. while we were sitting there waiting for the response from the finance capital auto Loan ,which we did try to trade it and yes the price on the trucks were the same but the book and years were totally different, so while me the dealer and [redacted] where sitting there waiting for the response from the finance company, Mr. [redacted] got up and said you know what ill just stay with this truck and keep it, then returned couple weeks later Mr. [redacted] was so indecisive with what he wanted to do, he would say he wanted to trade it one moment then the next just keep it,  which both dealer and finance company were willing to help him get into another truck but Mr. [redacted] just wanted his money back and go elsewhere due to his approval being different elsewhere as stated by [redacted]
