numerous additional phone calls, Client did not return to the officeuntil 1/6/15 to sign the required form and to change his address on the formsthat had already been completed and signed.  The new applications (i.e.,with the new change of address) were sent out on 1/12/15.  We received[redacted] receipt notices on 1/22/2015.  On 1/29/15, we called the client toadvise of the [redacted] notices and emailed him copies. We received client'sfingerprint ([redacted]) appointment on 02/03/2015, and emailed the notice to theclient on 2/4/2015.  Client called our office to change his address on2/11/2015, and we advised [redacted] of the address change (no charge).  Wecalled the client on 4/21/2015 to advise Client that we had checked the [redacted]Online Case Status and that the website indicated that his work permit had beendelivered on 4/20/2015.  Client then advised a staff member that he hadchanged his address on 3/01/2015 (more than one month earlier); he had notadvised our office previously of this change of address.  We advised theclient to go to the last address and the post office, giving him the [redacted]tracking number, to see if he could locate the work permit/mail.  Wechanged his address to the new address, advising [redacted] of this change (nocharge).  On May 13, 2015, a family member of the client called to adviseof another change of address (we did charge for the change of address on thisoccasion), and we made the change of address with [redacted].  On May 26, 2015,we did an online e-request for information about Client's card not beingreceived or delivered, and we were advised by email that the application wasapproved on 4/13/2015; that the work permit had been produced and mailed to Client'saddress on 4/16/15, and the card had been delivered on 4/20/2015, and had notreturned to the Post Office.  The notice says that if Client is not ableto locate the card, he may file another Form I-765 for a replacement EAD,indicating non-delivery of the document.  [redacted] recommends that [redacted] casesbe filed 150 to 120 days prior to expiration of the work permit (not 30 days),which in this case was 4/16/15.  Unfortunately, due to client's failure toprovide his change of address prior to the date that [redacted] mailed his workpermit resulted in client's non-receipt of the card.  The only option isto request a replacement and repay the [redacted] fee, which is $465. (I am happy toprovide copies of all correspondence if the client will authorize such release.)
