This complaint is the ramblings of someone who is scamming workers out of payment and threatening their business reputation It is full of outright outrageous lies, too many for me even to address.I’ve tried repeatedly to talk with him and negotiate a settlement and he has provided one lame excuse after another, including month after we were there, him telling me we supposedly made a dime size hole in his wall I offered $off his bill in hopes to settle with him and after 4+ months of absolutely no payment, he finally just paid $of a previous $billWe were very clear with [redacted] regarding the exact details and he agreed to the terms and payment until after the work was completely done, and at that point he decided to swindle usIn addition we communicated with him very clearly that the two times we came out was to fix some nonworking outlets and switches that he installed himself, plus other wiring he wanted us to doI have found out since, I’m not the first person he has cheated

I am rejecting this response because: you can tell from Erik's response how unprofessional his business is He still hasn't addressed his fictitious fees that change each time I requestedI paid him in full of our agreement we had before he came out There is no outstanding invoice other than frivolous fees that are made up
