Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] The light was repaired only enough to be able to pass inspection, and when returned for other problems (waterpump) the dealer was supposed to fix both issues which subsequently did poor workmanship on water pump , ( still leaking) and said parts were ordered for directional ? Never responded on attempts to contact and resolve now multiple issues with car I have tried resolution since before thanksgiving , dealer gas NOT resolved and I have old parts that prove they did shody repair that would not last , soon as weather came into play , directional failed They never ordered parts or responded , I have replaced part for $and want compensation and waterpump issue repaired also or take car back totally and refund all my money's Regards, [redacted]

Response:The front directional was operating when the vehicle left our possession. Subsequently, the customer customer returned with other issued and we promptly resolved them. We could not replicate the issue with the directional not working. The customer had received a Massachusetts state...

inspection sticker and each directional is part of that inspection and they were found to be functioning properly. We take pride in going above and beyond for our customers and providing an extraordinary experience. We strive to meet their expectations and are disappointed that in this situation it was not seen as such.
