Review: On January 31, 2014 I signed a roof repair contract with [redacted] for roof repair to be conducted at my investment property located in [redacted] on February 2, 2014. A $500 deposit was placed in conjunction with the work that was to be performed. On February 2, 2014 at 12:21 pm I was informed by **. [redacted] via text that he did not do any work on my property and rescheduled for February 5, 2014. On February 5, 2014 **. [redacted] once again delayed my roofing repair due to inclement weather. **. [redacted] informed me he will complete the project on Wednesday February 12, 2014. On February 12, 2014 I reached out to **. [redacted] at 1:51 PM to check to see if the repairs have been completed and I was unsuccessful reaching him. I then phoned my tenant who resides at the residence **. [redacted] agreed to work on and she stated he did not show up for work. Afterwards I text **. [redacted] at 2:51 Pm and informed him I wanted a reimbursement and decided I will go with another company based on his inability to meet the terms of the contract. **. [redacted] has not picked up his phone since I asked for a reimbursement and he has also not returned texts or my voice mails. (Side Note **. [redacted] also list [redacted] as his last name on his Drivers License).Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded in full or this will go to a Civil court setting.
