I live in a Condo, with strict parking rules for all ResidentsUpon the arrival of this Business, they accidentally parked in one of the Residents assigned spotsWhen the Resident came to ask if he please move the vehicle, one of the Business Owners informed me, after the Resident left the area, that he can go " blank " himself! Don't he know, we always perform work in this area? I then informed him, that the Gentlemen he was referring to, had fallen that past winter storm, & was still in painI had been seeking some estimates, for possible replacement of my boiler, as the unit, is aging, & I am one to do homework now, then to make a panic decision in an emergencyI was also looking at getting a unit for better efficiency, as we all know, that fuel prices, can be highOne of the owners, was very condescending, & verbally insulting, in an attempt to change my mind, as to why, was I changing out my boilerAs I do appreciate his knowledge, & expertise, his rude, & sarcastic remarks, was not called for! I then informed him, I was trying to get informative knowledge & an estimate now, then to be uninformed in the event of an emergencyAt this point, he stated, " blank you, you don't want to listen to reason, you can go blank yourself, & you are not getting a blanking estimate"! Really, you enter my Home, disregard the feelings of others when politely asked to move your vehicle, & not only insult my intelligence, but verbally insult me with profane words! The fact that your Partner, was looking at you very displeased, did not give you a clue, I find you very unprofessional, & disrespectful! I do NOT recommend you to anyone!

On May 27, a very hot and humid day my central air stopped working. Heading into the Memorial Day weekend I knew it wouldn't be easy to get a repairmen out to look at it but I tried. I called [redacted] & [redacted] and [redacted] who all asked me if I was an existing customer. When they found out I wasn't they told me they couldn't get anyone out to see me until the following week! I decided to check the Revdex.com site for options. Since they were close to where I live, I contacted Top Mechanical Services. The woman who answered the phone told me it would be tough but put me on hold to check with Steve to see if they could squeeze me in. I was so surprised when she said they could. They gave me a window of 12:30-4 pm that day then called at 11:15 am to tell me Steve was on his way. I had to leave work to meet him and when I got home he was there waiting for me, had already diagnosed the problem and was just waiting to get my approval to proceed. He was missing a part I needed, left to get it and returned to fix the air conditioning unit. He made sure it was working properly both inside and out before he left . I cannot compliment him enough! He was honest, thorough and most all he was extremely accommodating on a busy holiday weekend. The big companies I called all advertise emergency service but were not willing to help a non-customer. I would call Steve again and will recommend him to anyone who needs service! Thank you Steve for coming to my rescue!
