Hi Revdex.com, I received a letter from you saying someone made a complaint against my companyI did rebuild a transmission for themThe transmission was installed by themThey broke mlps switch on side of transmission and was glued together by customer and switch malfunctioned because they damaged itI have offered to repair it at no charge numerous times and am still offering to fix at no costI am hopefully we can resolve problem for customerI have been in business since and have never had a complaint beforeI am licensed and do have my tax numberThe number is [redacted] I will send picture of tax noThank You,John ***
