Review: About year or so ago I brought my vehicle to top notch auto repair to have some work done on my suv,the service was great everything went smooth soo smooth I referred my family friends and coworkers to go there .the problem can in when I needed a receipt for the work that was done because there was recall on this particular part. I called top notch and informed them about what was going on he told me to pick up the receipt but it was only a invoice. I've since then tried pleading with them to give me copy of the receipt so that I can get a refund. But the lady in the office was soo rude to me she point blank said "they don't have time to be looking for a receipt".I ask can I speak with [redacted] she said no "because I'm running this".I was hurt and felt betrayed this is clearly not good customer service.Desired Settlement: I'm only asking that top notch fax a copy of the receipt over to customer service so I can get a refund. And please treat your customers the way you wanna be treated word of mouth travels far.
