A friend of mine bought a car from Top Notch and he loved it!! I don't understand why people say all the bad things about Top Notch, the people are nice, cars work, and the overall environment is fantastic! The people who say they steal cars and all is total lies! These people are expecting a handout from everyoneIt's a used car people!! You can't expect it to work like a brand new car and as soon as you buy it you cannot expect the dealership to make the car perfect! I repeat: It's a used car people!! Give these guys a break!! They're good people and the cars are as good aas any car you'll get at any used car dealership

I bought and financed a car here that was a piece of junk that I am being over charged for
I came to this dealership to find a reliable car since I have bad credit and cant get one from very many places, from before we signed contracts there were problems with the car and I had brought these issues up with the salesperson and he assured me that they would get fixed after months of having the car the alternator went out on the car which makes the car non functional not to mention there was a busted hose from before purchase and the check engine light was on, which he had cleared on multiple occasionsI tried to work with him to get back only the down payment for the car and he could keep the payments that I had already made but he refused

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE*** is the WORST businessman in the world! He is a CROOK! He harassed my place of employment when I was only DAYS LATE & I had already told him that I would be late because my check came that FridayHe constantly called my manager when I told him not toI went up to top notch to change the telephone number so he wouldn't be able to call her anymore, but he still continued to do so even when she told him no to, which I believe is against the lawHe constantly asked if I knew where to get marijuana because he said he has shoulder problems from a motorcycle accidentHe told me I need to get off my "moms nipple" He's almost & acts like he's literally I promise you will regret it if you go to this place*** IS A SCAM ARTIST!

Awesome place for our town really these guys deal with people with no credit no proof of income they finance u on a hand shake that u will pay they didn't even check my credit my proof of job they will show you how buying a car really should be I was in and out of there lot in about min to be exact after I found the car I wanted there staff was really helpful nice people and they sell nice cars and they run good and are clean I've been to a lot of places and they have filthy cars there super good people im gonna be back to this place for sure

I just recently purchased my 2008 Toyota Prius for college and got a good deal from Jason at top notch auto sales, he and his staff really worked hard to get me into the car I wanted at the right price thank you top notch auto sales for the wonderful experience. I took a vehicle for a test drive and it was pulling to the right. I was interested and they said they would fix the issue. I put $2000 down and two weeks later they said they repaired the pulling. About 3 weeks later it started pulling again. I took it to a mechanic and he said that the suspension rod was broke on the right side, so I spent $1600 getting it fixed and had to buy 4 new tires. About 2 weeks later the electrical system had to be replaced and a new battery. About 2 mos. later it stopped working all together and I had to replace the engine. I wanted to trade it in and the new car dealership told me that it would cost more than its worth to fix it and they didnt want it for a trade in. That was in February, I called the office to see how much I owed and the gal in the office said $3000. I had to purchase a new vehicle since the one I got at Top Notch was a lemon and not running. During that time I got behind on my payments because I had to pay a mechanic and try and make my mthly payment. [redacted] called my work several times and asked for me than hung up which made my boss wonder why I was being harrassed at work by this company. [redacted] also waited outside my work and followed me home. At 11:30 at night he banged on my window and my childrens window which scared me. I would not open the door. He turned on all his lights to wake the neighbors and let them know he was there to pick up my car. He also knocked on 3 of my neighbors doors and spoke to them about me and my past due. He followed me home another time and waited across the street and scared my kids, they were scared because someone was watching the house. He left several voice messages telling me in explicit language to call the office to pay. I called the office and let it ring and ring and they never picked up. Then I called using another number and they answered. I wanted to make a payment and they would not accept a payment they said I had to pay $2100 and I asked what the balance was on the account and they said $4800. I never got a statement showing payments or charges on the account and not sure how the balance went from $3000 to $4800. I am still trying to pay off the mechanic for this lemon and make the payment as well. My cousin also purchased a vehicle from there and hasnt had it 6 mos and has put over $3000 into it.
