Good Afternoon, This is in response to the *** *** complaintFirst, l would like to state the customer bought the vehicle “AS IS” contractually, so any repairs that he has done on the vehicle would be his responsibility *** purchased the vehicle on 03/24/ and according to *** the repairs were made on July/Aug of over a year agoAs of the date of the letter on 09/06/from the Revdex.com, in which the customer states the vehicle has been NON-OPERABLE since 05-28-2016, was the first time Top Notch Auto was aware the vehicle was in need of repair I have also contacted the customer to make him aware that we would be happy to take a look at his vehicle and help him get it repairedHe has chosen to go the route of requesting a refund for all monies he has spent on the car, this is an unreasonable request being that he did not bring the vehicle to us to assess repair needs Realistically, if we would have been contacted in a timely manner, we would have worked with our customer If the car still had problems after we made the repairs, Mr***s should have continued to be in communication with us until the situation was resolved to full satisfaction of both partiesMr ***s must have kept driving the vehicle which made whatever the problem was worse until the car had further mechanical failuresWe cannot be held responsible for a customer being negligent and further damaging the vehicle His current payoff is $5,so I am not quite sure where he is getting his numbers fromI sent you a copy of the contract and it is black and whiteMaybe he has not figured in the interested he has to pay on the loan At this time if he would like to come in and go over the repairs, smog check and pay off we would be happy to help him in person, but when it comes down to it I think he is an angry man who just wants a free hand outI have attached his voicemail so you can understand his anger. Please don't take your car for body work here, the owner took my money up front and kept my car months and he returned it with the car bumper falling off and cracked, dripping paint stainsIt was awful experience

no response. I then send my repo guy to his house where they avoided him when he knocked on the door. His daughter then left the house and we tracked it with the gps. My guy arrived with the tow truck and proceeded to take the vehicle. He was then called names and feared for his safety.

I am rejecting this response because: Top Notch Auto, [redacted], and [redacted] continue to ignore the issues, they have no interest in resolving issues!1. Unfair and deceptive business practices.2. Price gouging.3. Misleading service and extended warranty.4. False Representation of Vehicle.5. Failure to warranty their repairs and returning vehicle in worse condition - Twice6. False Repo.[redacted] and [redacted] run a unscrupulous business know as Top Notch Auto.  Their immoral conduct gives the used car industry a bad name.I will refuse nothing but a FULL REFUND and a Written Apologies from both [redacted] and [redacted] to myself, wife, and daughter!
