Top Notch Construction Company

. I recently had the pleasure of having them replace my roof. It was a tear down of three layers and installment of new roofing.

I found their ad in the [redacted] and gave them a call for an estimate. From the onset [redacted] (the [redacted]) was professional and cordial. We agreed on a price and a time to get the job done. [redacted] was in constant contact with me on the schedule and came when he said he would. The workers arrived and were also professional, as well as neat and efficient. The work was done in the time that was estimated and I would dare to say, a whole day sooner. The job site was left as clean as before they arrived. I have nothing but praise for this company. Well run by a very personable owner. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again myself. Thank you [redacted], for restoring my faith that there are good contractors to be found.

Review: Company was hired to perform work for 1700.00 after performing unsatisfactory work, [redacted] told me I owe him an additional $1725.00 which was never in the contract, it wasn't even worth the original $1700.00 I have to get another contractor to fix all of his work. He is calling, harassing and threating me. The work performed was severely shoddy!!!!Desired Settlement: I WANT THE ENTIRE $1700 I ALREADY PAID....REFUNDED!

The contract was for $3,450 [redacted] has paid in full ,she was very happy at the time ,we not only did the work as per contract we went above and beyond the scope of work. [redacted] was very happy and just to point out I did not charge her for any extra work that was done. I did the extra work for FREE. I do not

know what is going on here,But I did call [redacted] and she told me it was out of her hands and she could not talk about it with me,she went on to say her son or nephew is handling it. She also told me she was told to stop the final check she wrote to me by her son or newphew. Please help me recover the monies owed to me , the amount is $ 1,725 at this point I am willing to still give her the extras for free.

Note: I did not have anymore room to send the last attachment which is the check she wrote for the balance due she wrote this check on 5-**-2014 the day we finished,again I want to add she was very happy
