Top Notch Counters Reviews (%countItem)

Go to the *** and *** reviews to see what they do. Substandard work, poor scheduling, and lies upon lies. Our home bathroom remodel was so poorly completed, even the *** representive said the work made the warranty null and void. The tiler cut into the waterproofing of our shower and it would have leaked. The owner is a scammer and a lair. "The man, the myth, the legend," HA! quoted from the new '*** Counters' webpage. It should read, "The Sweet talker and liar." Why does a company have so many names? Run and don't stop here. They have $14,000 of our money we paid up front for services and materials we never received.

I employed Express Kitchen and Bath to remodel my kitchen. I signed the contract and paid $12,000 on October 19, 2019. The work started on January 9, 2020 with the demolition of my existing kitchen. I paid an additional $12,000 per the payment schedule in the contract. The contract stated that the work would be finished in three weeks. It has now been over seven weeks. No work has been done in my home for over three weeks. The owner of the company, Bill ***, states that the cabinet company does not have the cabinets and has given multiple reasons why this is the case. He avoids my phone calls and keeps pushing the date further and further back. He states that he has medical issues. When I ask him to refund my money he says he is going to finish the job.

Top Notch Counters Response • Mar 09, 2020

There has been and continues to be a problem with the supply chain. We have rearranged the cabinet layout to work with the cabinets available. We've offered to change cabinets to a different vendor at our expense. We have every intention of finishing the job. The customer has been unclear about what she wants us to do. We've reached out to her several times via phone, email and social media. Now she says to please not call her. We want to finish the job and make things right We just need some clarity from the customer.

We have records also. We are trying desperately to finish the kitchen. We have the materials and the manpower. We have continuously asked customer just to schedule a date so we can get back in. Customer keeps asking us to finish etc. but then you won't let us finish.

We have given multiple solutions to expedite the process.

In June of 2015 we had our bathroom remodeled by Express Cabinetry. Part of the project was installation of a seamless shower. .On 21 Jan 2020 at 1 AM the entire shower door shattered sending glass shards throughout the bathroom and shower. Thank God no one was in the bathroom at the time, as they would have been injured.
I contacted Express Cabinetry by phone and was informed by Jeremy that he would let the owner know. I wished to know the make of the shower and any warranty. A total of eight phone calls have been made since. On23 Jan 2020 Jeremy informed my wife Linnea that the sub-contractor who installed the shower was no longer in business and the shower door had a none year warranty. From 24 Jan thru 28 Jan 2020 we called several time for information on the make/model of the door and the company who installed the door. If Express knows that the door only had a one year warranty they then know the make/model. Since 24 Jan 2020 they refuse to return our calls.
On 24 Jan 2020 I contacted the Consumer Product Safety Agency in Washington D.C. and they informed me that this in something they would investigate because of the potential injury to other owners of this defective product but they need the make/model. There lies the dilemma. Express Cabinetry refuses to give us this information.

Top Notch Counters Response • Feb 12, 2020

This door was custom cut, polished, tempered and installed. There is no make or model number etc. to reference. Unfortunately, we had already archived the file from so long ago. We had several companies make custom doors for us in 2015. None of them has any paperwork on this. We did have one company that has since gone out of business. We suspect this may have been the company that made this door. In any event, this would be well beyond any warranty period. Typically our vendors warrant their products for one year from date of installation. We told the customer this and even recommended a glass company that could custom make a door for them.

My bathroom that was started Aug. 5, 2019 and according to our contract, an approx. 3 week project, is still not done after 6 months. We have had to make numerous calls and follow them up in person at the showroom because they were ignored. We visited the showroom AGAIN during the 3rd week of October (again after numerous calls) and were assured by Bill *** that our unfinished work would be completed within the week. It is now January 2020 and it is still not done! We had numerous issues with this company. The day after the floor was laid, the tile was already coming up, the wrong toilet was installed and the granite countertop was damaged. Bill said his granite man would contact us within the next week to come out and fix the granite which was damaged at some point during the installation and sealing. During our last visit, my husband decided on taking the "correct" toilet with him and installed it himself. I called them again in November, asking that the project be finished by Christmas. Our call was never returned or acknowledged. I called several more in December and again, no return call or acknowledgement .We never did hear from the granite man!!

Top Notch Counters Response • Jan 04, 2020

This job has been done for a long, long time. Yes, we found out after the fact that the customer had received a white toilet instead of a bisque toilet. We had to order one in.

Customer came to our store and demanded the correct toilet. We told her we would be happy to send someone out to install, but they insisted on taking the toiler and doing it themselves.

Yes, the customer has complained that she has a "dull" spot on the top of the granite. These slabs are polished at the quarry! We will try to polish the top in the field, however, there is concern that the polish may not match the quarry finish.

But if this is what the customers wants, we will do it to the best of our ability.

Customer Response • Jan 04, 2020

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: the "dull" spot is where a can or bucket had been set on the wet sealed finish, and not how it came out of the quarry. It did not look like this when it was first installed!!! I complained about this numerous times, right after it happened. They kept telling me that Cesar could just polish it out. Emily, also suggested some ways that I might actually polish it out. Nothing worked. During one of our numerous visits to the shop, Bill said Cesar would be out within a week. That was in October! We never heard back. I expect my granite counter top to be like NEW when they finish it. And yes, we took the toilet with us because based on their commitment track record, we had no confidence that they would show up to install it.

Sincerely,

Cathy

Top Notch Counters Response • Jan 07, 2020

The granite is sealed at the quarry and again by our employees at installation. However, we did send a service man out and he was able to polish the stone to the customers satisfaction.

Express Kitchen & Bath has done a wonderful job of saving my bathroom--and my holidays. Two weeks before Thanksgiving a tiny leak from the toilet required an entire gut job of my guest bathroom and the ceiling in the garage below. The mitigation company did a good job on demo, but they couldn't promise the remodel would be done by Christmas and I had company coming for both holidays!. That's when I found Bill *** and his company of hard-working young professionals to literally save the day. The price was right and the work--new floor and new tile, new vanity, granite counter top, mirror and trim and lighting replaced with very nice-looking products--all in two days! Clean up was perfect and the young men who worked on my job were not only professional, but personable. Bill called twice to follow up and make sure I was happy. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will refer them whenever I am able.

The pleasure was all ours!
Thanks for trusting us to work on your home!

They did a great job on the kitchen but once they collected their last paycheck they were terrible to come back and finish their punchlist. Our kitchen was finished in August and it’s now November and they’ve yet to fix a few minor things that needed to be done. They’re very dis-organized with scheduling. The kitchen did turn out nice but at the moment the frustration outweighs the kitchen. If they could ever come back and finish our kitchen I might be able to upgrade my review based on the quality of work they did.

I contracted this company in 2017. Bill said the job would take two weeks plus a few weeks for the custom doors on the shower stall. It took 12 weeks to finish, but everything seemed good. I have a year signed contract and an e mail that Bill would guarantee the work until May third 2018. I started contacting him in March of this year through e mails that I had a problem with the mirror. A portion of the mirror was coming off, there was brownish gunk coming from between the sinks and counter and the floor of the shower stall was squeaking when you walked across. Since March he has e mailed me that he would have someone come out to fix these items. It never happened. My last e mail was to inform him that I realized he was not gong to honor his contract. I never heard from him again. I did call his office and left a message, but no response.

Company took our down payment, $9,000.00 in April, 2019. Job started in early September with an additional $8,000.00 paid. Job completion was to be end of September. Due to three inferior subcontractors, we wish to receive our items and a refund for services. We will hire another contractor to complete the work.
Demolition crew came and did a wonderful job. Drywall and taping person came in did not sand out the walls to smooth surface. Did not repair existing walls prior to painting. Painted over unsanded drywall and left obvious ridges and imperfections that were large. Owner sent in a second painter to repair the work. Painter indicated there were more repairs needed than what we had indicated. The walls were repaired to our satisfaction.
Bathroom shower area was next to be completed. After repeated calls and contractor no-shows, we went to business to voice our concerns in person. He promised to send someone out to start the tile job. New contractor was given limited direction prior to arriving. The tile was improperly installed and sagged due to too much adhesive. The tiles are not level. The border is crushed in some places and does not line up with other border pieces. Large pieces of tile are not flush with the wall.
We went to business today, 11/4/2019, to retrieve our purchased items and stop all work at our home. The owner became very angry and told us he did not care about reviews. Told us to "lawyer up" as we were not going to get anything from him. He threw us out of his building and started calling me a *** My husband contacted the police. Police went in and were able to get him to agree to give us our custom cabinets, but he told officer we were not getting anything else.
Owner sent a follow up message asking if we wanted to settle this matter or go to court. We have been burned three times by the unskilled tradesmen he employs. We will no longer allow them on our property and want our money and ordered items.

Top Notch Counters Response • Nov 15, 2019

Customer has had us start and stop this job several times. Customer has sent us emails about concerns which we have addressed. Customer did in fact put a down payment for a remodeled bathroom. All rough plumbing is done, all rough electrical is done, drywall repairs are done, first coat of paint is done, shower has been waterproofed and 3/4 completed. Our tile man intentionally called customer in during installation to ensure customer was happy with tile work. Customer also emailed us to say that they were very happy with the work. We were scheduled to finish the shower area and lay the floor when the customer decided they did not want us to finish the job. We have the cabinetry and plumbing trims in our warehouse as well as their granite counter top. We were surprised that the customer did not want to proceed as we are very close to finishing. Customer still owes us a substantial amount of money. As a good faith gesture, and since the cabinetry is non-returnable and non-refundable and ordered specifically for this job, we had offered to give the customer these cabinets, knowing they were not going to let us finish the job or collect the substantial sum they owe us. Customer declined. We will not be refunding any money, as most of the difficult work is already completed and most of the materials are either installed or on site.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: This is a bold face ***! This man has been nothing but unprofessional at all times. We are not accepting this defamation of character. We did become very upset and used fowl language as he would not come out and see all of the problems we were having with paint and taping.

As of today, we now have had to tear down the entire shower as only ONE tile was attached to the wall. Our shower pan was CUT OUT and no additional water proofing was added. We would have had water issues after the first shower. The shoddy workmanship is this businesses standard method of operation. Many, many complaints outlining similar issues with communication, poor workmanship etc. HE is a habitual liar and is trying to bully us into accepting his responses. Not going to happen. This is an outrageous response. We do not accept this note at all. I wish I had more than 30 minutes to write everything new that has now been discovered as a result of the bad shower install. I have MP4 videos as well as many photos on my phone. I am going to get these to you after I submit this note. I need more than 30 min to compile the HUGE amount of additional info you need to make an informed decision regarding this unbe***vable bathroom remodeling job. He is the lowest form of human with zero ability to complete a professional job. You are going to be receiving additional photos and video showing what we now know was way worse than just crooked tiles and damaged shower water barrier

Sincerely,

Donna

Everything was installed per the manufacturers recommendation and correctly. We also photo document all our work. We have far too much work to not keep accurate records. We have photos of the shower area being entirely waterproofed, correctly. As well as all other aspects of this job. The tile was installed correctly and met with the homeowners approval. Large format, rectified edge tiles need to be installed with a leveling system in a deeper mortar bed. Slumping can occur, as we tried to explain to the customer, and we would make sure everything was perfect prior to grouting. While the customer continues to defame our company and owner personally, the facts just don't match up. We are not a perfect company. And while we aren't as good at some things, as in rapid response to a phone call, we have never had an issue with quality of materials or workmanship. Again, we've been in business 20 years and have remodeling thousands of homes. We did get to this point by doing shoddy work. But we won't allow our customers to curse and defame our employees. The customer doesn't want us to continue, which is fine, as we would not want to continue. We've offered to give the customer the remainder of the non-returnable items and forgive the balance due on the contract. Which would leave the customer thousands of dollars ahead. However, they are unwilling to do this, so we are out of options in our attempts to rectify the situation.

Our bathrooms were sorely due for not only an update, but an entire redo!We chose to go through *** for recommendations and reviewsWe called Bill @ Express Kitchen and Bath. The team there was wonderful. Bill and Jeremy worked with us every step of the way. Materials, colors, electrical, plumbing and carpentry were well coordinated and attention to detail was superb. We knew at the end of the day what to expect the next day. Work was inspected and any concerns addressed! We now are so excited to display our bathrooms to our friends and family! We highly recommend this company for your remodeling!

There are two items to be address that are covered under the 1 Year Workmanship Warranty from Express Kitchen and Bath. The two items are repairing grout at the back splash in a corner near the pantry and the other has to do with the newly installed hardwood floor in the kitchen. Multiple requests have been made to have someone from Express Kitchen and Bath come and review and/or repair the two items and has been going on for six (6) or seven (7) months. Communication from Express Kitchen & Bath is inexcusable. The superintendent of the job completely stopped all communications and the owner would communicate with open promises. However, there was a date finally set aside and agreed upon roughly a month ago prior to today, Friday, October 11, 2019, between Express Kitchen and Bath and me, as the customer, to have someone finally arrive and make any and all corrections possible. The agreed date and time came and passes without anyone showing. There was no notification from Express Kitchen and Bath informing me why no workers arrived as promised and there was no follow up from their end. I followed up with Express Kitchen and Bath multiple times after the agreed upon date and the same excuse of they're busy, they're working on it, or the employee to show up was sick is unacceptable. Notification was given to Express Kitchen and Bath about the Revdex.com being contacted and no response was given from them.

Customer has a small line of grout cracking. We will send a man out to touch up the grout. We have been out numerous times to adjust several items under warranty, some of which was justified, some not. But we will continue to try and keep the customer happy.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me.

Should the business continue to give false hopes of completing the work and not provide service as outlined in their response, another claim will be submitted to Revdex.com and complaint ID will be included as backup.

Sincerely,

Paul

I spoke to Bill, the owner on 09/20 after submitting a request for kitchen remodeling on ***. Bill was initially professional in handling my call and inviting me to the showroom to look at options. I did so the following day and was given an estimate by Emily. She explained the next steps and stated that work could be completed by mid-October. I advised her that I would make a decision about hiring them by that coming Mon. 09/23. Emily called me on the 23rd to ask my decision. I decided to hire them and asked her to recap the next steps again. She informed me that I'd need to pay the $4,000 deposit to confirm the job request and that Jeremy could pick the check up from me to start the process. I left a check in my mailbox that day for him to pick up by the following day. The next step in the process was for someone to come out to confirm the measurements of my kitchen counters and do a "template". One full week went by and I didn't hear from anyone, yet confirmed with my bank that the check was cashed. I called and spoke to Bill, who stated that this part should have been done already and someone would call to schedule. Someone came out at 7am on 10/02 to do the templates and he told me that the materials were ready and the office would call to schedule. I didn't hear from anyone that day or the next, so I called them and was told they could start on the 8th. When I didn't get a confirmation by the 7th, I called and was told that they didn't know yet and to wait for a call back between 4pm-6pm. I heard nothing by 6pm so I called back and was told maybe the afternoon of the 8th but definitely the morning of the 9th if I preferred. I preferred the definite of the 9th, but no one showed up at 8am as scheduled. I called 4 times to find out why, finally got a call back at noon from Jeremy who "didn't know why no one showed up" but would check and call me back. I called twice more by 6pm, no answer or call back. Called twice today, still no answer or response.

We will contact this customer today. We will complete the counter top next week. This was a special order quartz material that had not arrived on time. We are happy to take care of this customer. We did tell her the material was non-stock and we were at the mercy of our vendor to deliver.

Top Notch Counters Response • Oct 14, 2019

I have personally spoken to the customer. I have apologized for our scheduler not contacting her. This was unacceptable. We have given the customer her choice of install dates, which has been confirmed for 10/18/2019. We hope to install to customers full satisfaction on 10/18/2019

I contracted with this company to remodel my kitchen and living room (flooring). As per the contract, they showed up on 09-03-2019 for demo and worked partial days until 09-16-2019. I have not heard from or seen them since this date. I have called and left 2 voicemail messages, to no avail. My garage is full of cabinets and flooring. This project was due to be finished on or about 09-27-2019 and it remains incomplete. This project is being financed through ***. The contractor charged my account for payment and materials for which I am currently paying, but any and all work has stopped. The window to purchase goods for this account expires 10-13-2019. I do not know if my appliances have been purchased or not and interest continues to accrue.

Top Notch Counters Response • Oct 19, 2019

Apparently there was problem with our drywall man and the homeowners' spouse. Once this was brought to our attention, we've been in daily contact with the homeowner. Job is back on track. Mechanical work, drywall work, painting, flooring work is done, cabinetry is on site, counters are ready for fabrication and appliances are in stock awaiting delivery. We believe customer is happy and we should be finished in the coming 7-10 days.

Customer Response • Oct 28, 2019

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: it is not entirely true. The business has NEVER been turned away! I have learned that the business owner does not have employees, only sub-contractors. Some days he has people available to work and some days he does not, per the subcontractors.

I will agree that they seem to be on track to finally complete the job; however, they are at least a month behind the completion date. At this point, I just want the job finished.

Sincerely,

Winona

Top Notch Counters Response • Nov 06, 2019

This response is puzzling to me as we've have a lot of contact with this customer since the miscommunication occurred and we believed that we were finally on the same page.

We have given the customer a couple of no charge upgrades to help ease the situation and have worked hard to complete this project.

We will have to disagree about being turned away, however it is a moot point as we are now back on track.

We do take offense at the remarks about my employees. We have hourly employees on staff for every trade. We do have back up subcontractors we occasionally use when we get overbooked.

Our electrician had been off ill for a few days and in the spirit of cooperation in trying to finish this job, we did let our electrical sub work on this home.

We had our regular man out to install the flooring on a Friday, however he was not going to be able to finish. We do not have access to this home everyday and our back up flooring subcontractor was available on a Saturday.

We thought it best to allow our sub to do the job on Saturday, as the house was not available to us on Monday. Using our back up subs costs us more money! We use them solely when we are running behind on a project and are trying to service our customer better.

Incidentally, the customer has told us that she was more than satisfied with the work of both these men. So we are not sure what the problem actually is.

Water is coming from behind or getting behind tile shower wall and through the grout, which is cracking and also washing away the caulk seal where the wall meets the floor There are a couple spots right under a block window, that they installed, where the water gets through the grout and trickles to the drain. Have noticed this since first use of the shower in March 2019. Owner has not responded to phone calls and emails about the issue. Have tried to let it go because I do not trust the owner's ability to do the job correctly nor do I trust him as a person, but ultimately I cannot. There is no way to tell what kind of damage is truly behind that tile without having it torn out. After the multiple issues I've had with this contractor's quality of work, I can only imagine what we'll find once the tile is torn out and the wall inspected. I haven't tried to get in touch with Express in months, because I couldn't take their continuous phone call and email dodging, lying, and their numerous other avoidance techniques. The owner is a professional liar and smooth talker. It's hard to believe that the worst of the reviews on *** and *** are the exact same experiences we've had with this contractor. I need an estimate by an outside professional, I do not trust the owner whatsoever. Water is somehow coming in through the wall or getting behind the tile and it's not only after a rain. It appears to be wet almost all the time, even after hours of no shower use. The caulk is almost all rinsed away. There are no water pipes in that wall. A lot of their work has been poor and questionable so this is very worrisome. Multiple points of failure have never been acknowledged nor even explored by the contractor. I need a resolution according to the guarantee of work in their contract. There are other shower failures, one being a shelf that was pitched backward and then "repaired" by the contractor by pitching it so far forward that everything slides off the shelf once it gets wet.

Top Notch Counters Response • Sep 06, 2019

We have sent a tile crew back to this home on (3) different occasions, each time after leaving, the customer telling us he is totally satisfied. Upon trying to install a mirror and collect final payment, customer suddenly became "unavailable". We will no pay for any other tile company to modify or work, nor will we warranty any other companies work. We will sent out a different crew to inspect and/or correct any items that are not correct, install a mirror and collect a final payment at that time, in compliance with our contract.

Top Notch Counters Response • Sep 12, 2019

We obviously will have to agree to disagree. We also document everything we do on every job. And we never hide from anyone or anything! Customer is no happy. We've sent guys out to make it right. They leave, he's happy. Day's later, he's not happy. We've continued to offer to come out again and again and still do so. Customer still refuses to allow us to do so. He'd rather argue and harass us then actually document something and let us fix it. At this point we're out of solutions.

Customer Response • Sep 20, 2019

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: Contractor only continues to lie and deny. If I wasn't so used to this, I would call it unbelievable. They did whatever they could not to show up. They did a lot of poor work when they did show up. They did whatever they could to avoid my questions and concerns about the poor work, or about any work. They would then get insulted if you said these things are unacceptable. I have pics and emails of everything and am begging for a place to post them all. I will attach 3 pics now of one of the 3 times the floor had to be repaired. The last time, I had to hire my own guy to do it correctly. I also had to hire him again to come out and recaulk and seal the entire shower. Express used the wrong caulk again, it was rinsing away and letting water get trapped behind the tile. Water was trapped behind the tiles for months. I've been trying to respond to this message for 3 or 4 days from 3 different computers, but can't seem to post. Hopefully this time works. I will only try to attach 3 instead of 4 attachments in hopes it goes through.

Sincerely,

Nicholas

Don't use this company
They screwed over two seniors that contracted a bathroom remodel in good faith.
Contract was breached and owner refused to return deposit.
One excuse after another. Held deposit for almost a year without doing an ounce of work.
Thanks to my CC company I recieved my deposit back in full
Be careful who you contract

No one got screwed over except our company. We did have an anticipated start date last year and were running about a week behind. Customer would not allow us to start then as they were having new floors installed. Our next date after that would have put them into the holidays for completion, which customer refused and asked us to come back after the first of the year. When we tried to reschedule again after the first of the year, they decided they no longer wanted to do the project, even though we had custom cabinets and surrounds made and held in our possession. The customer paid for these parts to be made with a credit card. Once they changed their mind about the project, they decided it would be fair to not pay for the parts they had custom made. And yes, they did dispute the amount with the credit card company. However, we have decided we would no longer want to work for people like this, and gave the customer the credit for the material rather than start a lengthy, protracted legal case against this customer, let alone a senior citizen.

Customer Response • Jul 18, 2019

Combination of emails , signed contract, certified letter to owner requesting my monies returned a total of 19 pages was submitted to the CC company regarding the dispute , which ruled in my favor.
This company did not honor the contract.
And now they insist on fabricating what actually happend.
So to the owner, as a Business it would have been in your best intertest to put the blame of this job not being started or completed solely on yourselves. You guys dropped the ball and you know it.
You might have done a great job but we will never know. Best of Luck

Thank you again to my CC company

The workers were very professional. You could tell that they were very knowledgeable in their trade because when they ran into a problem they were easily able to troubleshoot a solution. They cleaned up at the end of the work day. I always received either and email or phone call letting me know when they would be out the next day. I even wanted a little extra part for my kitchen and as a thank you, Bill, the owner threw the part in for free! This was totally unexpected but certainly appreciated. We will tell everyone about our great experience with Express kitchen and Bath!

We signed a contract with this business for a complete remodeling of our kitchen. The work began in early October and has still not been completed. There are numerous issues with poor craftsmanship as well. We have been told numerous times that contractors will be at the house. Yet, they do not show-up. We are then given numerous excuses as to why they did not show-up. We have sent numerous emails trying to resolve the situation. We even went into the business and spoke with the owner approximately a month ago. He assured us the issues would be addressed and even stated that it was a two hour job to resolve everything. To date, nothing has been resolved. This remodel is going on 3 months!!

Top Notch Counters Response • Feb 07, 2019

We have sent a project manager out to inspect the property. There are a few minor issues to be addressed as well as a few warranty items to be installed. Those pieces and parts are due in week of 2/11/2019. We will be out to the site that week to install those pieces as well as address and/or remedy any issues the customer may have.

Revdex.com:

I would like to reject the offer of Mediation for complaint ID. On March 9th, the customer (not the complainant) came into our store to set up a time to take care of the missing items. The first available date the customer had for us to take care of the "punch list" was 3/25/2019. We made sure that we complied with that date and did in fact complete all items to customers satisfaction on 3/25/2019 with the exception of paint touch ups, which were done 3/26/2019. Since the customer was home to inspect all these items and we did not leave until the customer was fully satisfied, we see no reason to meet with a mediator.

Customer Response • Mar 28, 2019

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that their response is not factual. First and foremost, my name ,referred to as the complainant, appears on the contract that was signed with your business, as well as the person you identify as the ‘customer’. Second, the customer went to your business after your last response, indicating that you had not heard from us in weeks. Again, you absolutely lied about that! Since you refused to return phone calls and emails, she had no choice but to go to your business, to tell you in person how incredibly disappointed we were with your antics! Only then, did you agree to complete the job. Your contractors were both supposed to arrive on the 25th. Only one contractor made it to the house. The second was a no show, until the next day. We discussed the issues with the contractors that needed to be fixed, since they said you told them nothing. The contractors were shocked that your business took nearly six months to complete a job that was supposed to take a month. In fact, the second contractor was disgusted by the prior painter’s work that he repainted the entire laundry room and a wall in the kitchen for us. Not a touch-up, as you indicated in your response. Once again, more lies from you! The job is now complete and we are thankful that we will never have to do business with you again! We will be sure to share our experience on as many websites and with as many friends and family in the area that we can! Businesses like your’s give legitimate ones a very bad name!

Thank you to the Revdex.com for your assistance! Without your help, we likely would still not have handles on our cabinets, as well as many other issues taken care off, after nearly 6 months!

Sincerely,

Jim

Marek was very patient and professional. After receiving the cabinets he called to make sure everything was ok and offered assistance if I needed it. Very pleased with my purchase.

Express Kitchen & Bath was the only company that I contacted that was willing to do my project from measuring to installation. Everyone I contacted was professional and helpful. There was a minor issue at installation, and originally was going to be resolved at a later date. They ended up resolving it three hours later. Well use Express Kitchen & Bath for any future projects and will recommend them.

Very happy with the granite countertops that were made and installed.

I love my new bathroom! I couldn't be happier with the job Express Kitchen and Bath did for us! Everything was as expected, or better. They were always very professional, used high quality materials and skilled workmanship. Everything was done in a timely manner and we were made aware of the day's progress and plan for the next day. They left the area clean every day, and kept to their schedule. I recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!
