[redacted] left a deposit to replace her bumper in the mean time she wrecked her car againi wrote an estimate on the car for insurance .she then told me never mind the bumper to fix a door instead,she kept the insurance money and asked me to lie to insurance company so she could keep the rental car even though repairs were not bein done,.then she never brought car for repairs for the door and I had spent money for materials .since she did not bring car to fix door deposit is non refundable

Spoke to the [redacted] of the shopHe stated that yes the wind shield was broken during the process, but they fixed it and told the customer to be upfront and honestThe customer did not like the tailgate and the inside of the bed so the business redid them, even though in the beginning the customer did not state that was what he wantedThe work has now been done and the customer has the truckThe business is unsure why this complaint was filed at all because the job came with a life time warranty on the paint job, and if the customer had anymore issues with it he could have come to talk to the business directly

I was scammed by this business. The [redacted] NEVER told me any of the paint and it parts were in. He stole my money. With the documentation I provided it shows me constantly asking when my part will be in. He only gave me guesstimates never an actual date! There was NO rules or polices in his place of business stating NO REFUNDS! And some damage that was done to my passenger side has NOTHING to do with me paying for my bumper. I wasn't going to get anymore work done with the [redacted] of the business refusing to give me an actual estimate he was only requesting to hand over my insurance check. The [redacted] agreed to refund my money than decided not too! I don't believe for one mintue my part was in or the paint because if that was the case my car would've already had been fixed and I wouldn't have constantly had to call and ask about my bumper! Scam artist at his finest! Very disgusted with this company!

Review: I took my car to Top Notch Custom Paint, LLC., on October 26, 2012. The purpose was to get necessary auto body work completed and have the vehicle painted. [redacted] told me that he would have my vehicle finished by the end of 2012. It is now April 2015. Every time I stopped by to check on the vehicle, he had a new excuse regarding why the vehicle was not finished. When I texted him, he gave me additional excuses regarding why the vehicle was not finished.

I paid $1500 down, then over time I paid an additional $1500. He has $3000 and my vehicle. It's been 2.5 years and I have nothing to show for it. This is ridiculous. I was supposed to have my car back in 2 months. It's been 2.5 years.Desired Settlement: I want my vehicle returned and a full refund of $3000.

Review: I took my truck to be painted and all the dents fixed paid half down other half to be paid when finished on 5/24/13. Was notified that it had been finished in September went to pick my truck up and paid the other half that's when I noticed the windshield was broke,tailgate was not painted correctly and inside of the bed of the truck was painted the wrong color.I spoke with [redacted] the [redacted] of the business he assured me he would take care of these issues right away so in good faith I trusted [redacted].I was told that it would be finished on the first of January then again on the 10th and it was not,so I picked my truck up on the 13 of January unfinished I asked for half refund considering the job was incomplete was denied that is why I am filing this complaint Topnotch Custom Paint was paid in full and needs to be held accountable for unsatisfactory work!Desired Settlement: At least half of a refund the total was 2200.00 I would like 1100.00

Review: I gave [redacted] of Top Notch Custom Paint $200 back in Febuary 2014 for a deposit for work to be performed on my bumper of my [redacted] said he would call me when the bumper was in so I can leave my car with his shop so the work could be performed. After MONTHS of waiting I decided that I didnt want the work done anymore and asked [redacted] for my refund of $200. After mulitple requests and messages left for [redacted] he said that my refund would be issued within a weeks time, that was back in MAY 2014. I have continued to leave messages and with no response. I left him a message stating that I find what he is doing is completely unethnical and unprofessional, and that he needs to contact me immediately to rectify the situation still with NO RESPONSE.

I have been bringing my business to his shop for over two years, and never had an issue until now when I requested for my money to be returned to me since no work was performed nor completed on my car. [redacted] has shown poor customer service along with unethical behaviors and refuses to communicate with me on the situation at hand.Desired Settlement: I would like for [redacted] to refund me my $200 dollars. I find it to be ridiculous that a business [redacted] would think that a customer would allow a shop to keep money that was given for work to be completed that never happened. I am hoping this can be settled soon because I have waited a month for any type of response and have gotten none.
