Review: The owner of Top Notch Home Remodeling, Mr. [redacted] accessed the work to be done on the roof and was paid $2,475.00 to repair 4 loose shingles, wrap front porch trim below the gutters with fascia, scrap, repair and paint the box gutters, repair the front porch roof installing BRIE. According to the contract the work is to be guaranteed for 3 years.The shingles he repaired are loose and sliding, the seam on the fascia was not sealed and the box gutters were not scrapped or sealed they were just painted.I spoke with Mr. [redacted] 3 times regarding my complaints, which the first time he stated that he would send someone out to look at the complaints. The second time I called he said he would send someone out definitely today. Third time he stated that he would put me on the schedule for tomorrow (which no one never came). I tried to contact Mr. [redacted] again several times and which his office phone ###-###-#### has been disconnected. I tried calling his cell phone ###-###-#### numerous times and a message comes on stating that; "Mail is full and cannot accept messages at this time."Desired Settlement: Money to be refunded for the box gutters and the replacing of the loose roof shingles and sealing of the fascia seam.
