Ian and his crew were prompt to show up and completed the work on the day we scheduled. Very good communications and feel confident in the work completed (retro-fitting tie downs & repair/replace mobile home skirting to code. Would definitely recommend.

I gave the young man running this business the benefit of the doubt several times, chalking up missed appointments and failure to return calls and texts to youth and a busy schedule. But having just learned from an Angie's List award-winning repair service that $4000 in floor repairs are required to correct damage Top Notch could have easily avoided -- simply by disconnecting the few bolts that held my deck to my home -- compels me to share my story. Don't let this company's rush to book jobs and lack of timely follow-up cost you as it's cost me.

Ian the owner agreed to do a report for us for our attorney but after inspection will not return calls
My husband and I contacted Ian the owner last year on November 20th, 2017 in ref to Hurricane Irma damage. Ian came out on November 22nd, 2017 and gave us an estimate on how much it would cost to re-level our home. We agreed. The work was done on Dec 28th, 2017. We then contacted Ian again on Feb 2nd, 2018 to let him that a lawsuit with our insurance company has been filed. He said okay let me know if there is anything I can do to help. We said okay no problem. We contacted Ian on Oct the 2nd and told him that my lawyer needs him to come out to the house to do a damage assessment report. Ian said okay no problem the earliest I can be there is Saturday the 6th at 4pm. I said okay. Ian contacted me on the 6th and cancelled. said he was held up at a job. We rescheduled for Sunday the 7th at 4pm. I said okay. On Sunday the 7th Ian called me and cancelled again on us. After a few text messages Ian finally said he would be here on Monday the 8th. I said okay we would give him a 3rd chance. He send a really nice gentleman out Kalob. He was here for about 3.5 hours and he said that he would get with Ian and have the report to me no later than Wednesday the 10th. I said that was fine because I needed the report by Thursday the 11th no later than 5pm. He said okay. I sent Ian a text message on Wednesday the 9th to confirm that everything was good. No answer. I called him no answer. Sent a text on Thursday. No answer. I called him. no answer. My husband called him no answer. Called him on Friday no answer. My husband called Ian on Tuesday Oct the 16th from a different number and Ian finally answered. Ian told my husband that he would send over the report to my email and after that he didn't want to be involved because of the lawyer even though he knew for the start that the report was for the lawyer. Still no report. I sent Ian a text on the 18th and informed him that if I did not get the report that he promised in 24 hours that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and also my lawyer. Still no response. This is very unprofessional of him and his company especially when he knows that my house is falling apart and this report is the last thing my lawyer needs for the lawsuit. I have tried to call other company's but there is a waiting list because everyone is helping out with Hurricane Michael. In the mean time my house is almost ready to fall and we have a disabled child that lives in the home and Ian knows this but just does not care. I have all text messages to prove what I am saying.

Desired Outcome

I want the report that was promised to us for our lawyer.

On Monday Oct 22nd, 2018 Ian contacted me at 4:20pm in ref to the report that I needed for my lawyer. By 9:30pm that same night I had the report that we needed. Ian called me a few times to check up and make sure that everything was ok in the report and even sent a follow up email today to make sure. I really appreciate the fact that after this complaint was filed Ian took action to get this resolved. Thank you very much Ian. This case has been resolved and I appreciate it.
