Hired Top notch movers to pick up lots of expensive things from my parents house in Vero Beach FL and deliver to us in South Bend IN Top Notch did an EXCELLENT job!!! On April 7, 2018, Top Notch Movers came to move our family from our house to a new townhome The movers have a contract with the townhomes so that is the company we used When I called *** to schedule the move I told him we have several pieced of furniture that would require the removal of legs He stated that was not a problem, “as long as it wasn’t complicated items like Ikea.” The first item I noticed was broken was a bookshelf The mover named *** was carrying it across his shoulder and it was literally breaking in half When he set it down, I asked him to unwrap it He did and it was broken beyond repair I told him not to worry about it He put it in the dumpster at my request After the movers left, we unwrapped two more bookcases only to find they too were broken I messaged *** My message says, “We unwrapped the other two bookshelves and in addition to the one they broke, the other two fell apart Also, the legs on the secretary are broken because they did
