First let me preface this by stating that the owner of Top Notch Roofing has always been responsive. I used Top Notch services to replace my roof because I had leaks in my garage. I chose the company because of my contact with a gentleman name Joe who was great to work with. He explained the process very well and I had no issues with him. I should've taken it as a warning when Joe was no longer my contact as he had left the company literally a week after I started the paperwork to get the roof replaced. None-the-less I proceeded to have them replace the roof.
After a full roof replacement, I smelled mildew in my garage after it rained one day. I suspected there was issue with the replacement so I called the owner and he came out to check. The next day or two his crew replaced a few shingles. I don't believe any water testing was done at that time. Some weeks after, it rained again and I noticed staining on my guest bedroom ceiling as well as the smell of mildew in my garage. I called the owner and his crew again replaced a few shingles. No extensive testing to identify the problem was done. They fixed the guest bedroom leak but after some days the garage still had the same leaking issues. I called the owner again, and he said he was committed to finding the issue. A two man crew came, removed a portion of the roof valley and mentioned to me that the problem is not the roof but the siding. They replaced the shingles but told me I had to find someone else to replace that part of the siding. Fast forward to now. After 3 times of having them replace shingles (no testing) and having a company replace a small section of the siding, issues still persist. Water is still leaking in my garage.
I called a few other roofing companies and they ALL came out and gave me their honest opinion. From their expertise, Top Notch Roofing hasn't done a good enough job. They should be doing all they can to find the exact issue and address it; in other words I should not have to get another roofing company involved.
Repair I would like the company to address the issue to stop the continuous leaks. Please find the exact issue by actual research/test. If this cannot be done, I would like some kind of credit so a reputable roofing company can address the issue.

We have contacted the customer regarding the issue and have arranged to try and resolve the issue with additional flashing. Several attempts have been made to resolve the leak. We also have advised the customer that the issue that is at hand may not be related to her roof installation.
