As with all of our jobs we always provide a lien waiver/warranty when the work is paid in fullWe sent the lien waiver to the email that was provided through text messageWe have had some issues with charter after doing the update on the Mac system in the officeWe sent the lien/warranty
again to another email address that was confirmed received We always stand behind our work and our paperwork in the office We apologize for the technical difficulties

My experience with this company was excellentThe owner was professional, knowledgeable, and courteousHe was on time everyday, and he worked the entire time on our basementHe never once left the job site to continue work elsewhereThe owner did much of the work himself with his crewHe and his team left our basement clean with no mess and all of the excess concrete was hauled off in a clean fill dumpsterHe went the extra mile and was very reasonable with his pricing

A good contractor these days is hard to come so I never thought that I'd get a great contractor but that is exactly what [redacted] with Top Notch Water Proofing is...a GREAT contractor! He is easy to work with, does not try to sell you more than what you need, has excellent prices, does what the contract says he'll do (and in my case, he did more than required), is honest, and reliable!!! I am the type of person who will complain when someone does not do what they signed up to do, but I will also give kudos to those people who complete the task at hand, and so I am happy to say that there is no need to look any further for a water proofing company...go with Top Notch, you won't be sorry!!! I wish I knew of Top Notch before paying $12,000 to [redacted]...I would have probably saved a lot of money and would have been happier with the work performed!!!
