Oct14,2015RE: Complaint # ***This complaint concerns the lodge on July 3, The ***'s reserved the lodge for daysNot surewhat they were expecting but I do not advertise it to be anything other then what it is, I just had all newcarpet and tile installed, new furnace and air
conditioner installed and most of the furniture is less thanyears oldIt was cleaned several days prior to their arrival and prepped the day of their check inSosaying that it was unsanitary is totally falseThe price for the lodge is cheap for the area, because of theage of the structureIt is older but it is clean.This weekend we have a group coming that had been renting the lodge for or times a year for thepast yearsWe also have other family's that have been renting the lodge once a year for or moreyearsWE would not be getting all the repeat customers if the Lodge was unsanitary.I am sorry that it was not what this family expected but I cannot return any moneyIt's not cheap toprepare a unit this size for a customerAll the bedding was washed, it was cleaned, prepped and the airwas on so it would be cool for themI could have rented it to someone else had they not reserved it.Our website and conformation letter explains our cancellations policy very well Which I will fax with thisletter.I wish I could have done something to rectify the situation but I was not given the opportunityTheywere only in the lodge for five minutes and left.Tom PMgr
