to have received continued industry recognition from Distinguished Restaurants of North America We have had our minimum policy starting at pm every night for the past years at least Our website does state this as well Our management team decided to change the start time of the minimum policy from pm to pm during the week and pm on the weekends We recently changed our live jazz timeline and we wanted to make sure the minimum reflected the time the jazz started This was changed on our website the same day, August 18th After a few weeks of this time change, we decided to go back to 8pm The website reflects this as well We offer two other areas in the restaurant that does not have this minimum policy There are the bar seats where Ms*** and her guests could have drinks at or even on the couches Ms*** decided to get a table where the minimum does apply. We did not advertise as Ms*** has stated Our restaurant reserves the right to change our policies at anytime We always update our website with any new policy changes and let our staff know to make the guests awareWe apologize if we offended Ms*** and her guests in any way.
