Our company sold *** ads at a couple locations, in our contract we it states give 10-weeks for deliveryWe signed *** up at the end of AprilAt the time of purchase *** said she would send in artwork to our email , our company never received anything from her so we took it upon ourselves
to make up a ad for her off her business card to get her signs up prompt on May we sent her out a proof my text to *** that clearly read, "read" she then ask us to send it by emailOur company sent out her proof to her email and she didn't reply with changes or a go aheadWe left the ad with her to respond and it went on unansweredWe are running a company and are dealing with signs on a daily basis, this was left with her to respond , after about weeks she contacted us asking about her sign , she was told that we don't print signs without approvalAfter various emails and still no respond we told her that the sign was being printed just how we made it so we can get these ads up, she then said we can't print something she didn't approve and ever since then it's been a down hill battleWe are disputing a visa payment as we speak*** agreed to take a spot and signed a contract We did are job and we had her sign made up within the first week it's *** that chose no to replyWe are a small busy company we can't be chasing her for approval , she clearly didn't want to respond when she look at it Are company hired a local sign company to make our signs ,she has dates for how long her signs have been readyWe don't believe she's entitled to a refund but she's definitely entitled to her advertising , we just want a response that she's happy with the way the sign looks and that all the infos correctOur company can provide you with emails, proofs and a third party contact that makes the signs for proof on this matterThis is the only complaint we received because we are a company that likes to keep our customers happyPlease respond with a way to send attachments for proofThx

I am rejecting this response because:Once again the company continues to misrepresent the facts, contradicting the emails and correspondence.  I find their response unsatisfactory.
