Test drive was 5 mls.. Truck was outta gas. Mgr didnt have a fuel card.YYes no htr and overheat was present at purchase. Mgr told me it was the thermostat. He wasnt gonna fix it, I took his word. Wasnt thermostat, put htr core in it, wasnt heater core, took back to mechanic, and it was head gasket....

I called the harrisonville store and [redacted] and both told me, I purchased it... Im stuck with it.

Review: I entered the store on 6/2/13 and was assisted by a young lady with a stong accent. She let me smell several fragrances and I found one I liked. She told me the price and because of her accent I thought the cost was $39.99. She rung my purchase up and said $94.99 or something close to it. Immedately told her that I thought she said $39.99 and that I could not afford $94 for perfume. She then stated no refunds...I hadn't even stepped from the cash register so I was totally floored. I even spoke with a gentleman that I thought was a manager and he said he would make it right. He told me to pick a fragrance and I selected Aqua Di Gio by Armani and he then advised that he would give me the Aqua Di Gio and another perfume that they chose since he could not give my money back. I was pissed but felt I had no other options. The young lady bagged my purchase and I left. When I arrived home (3 hrs away) I opened the bag and there was the perfume they selected and some other mess that I have never heard of before....no Aqua Di Gio. And to make matters worse I googled the perfumes and they were both selling for less than $30. $94.00 for $60 worth of perfume. They scammed me and something needs to be done.Desired Settlement: I want my money back....I did not even leave the cash register...as soon as I saw the charge I told her I misunderstood her because of her accent. They can have the two bottles of off name perfume...I do not even want the Aqua Di Gio now.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It is sad that it came this but I can't patronize businesses that don't appreciate their customers.
