Damaged antiques due to how they were packed. Agreed to send a $250 check and keeps making excuses . It has been over 60 days and will not send the agreed upon refund.

In February of 2016, our belongings were removed from a rental property by this company, without our knowledge by our landlordThe company or landlord were to supply us with an inventory of all the items as per statute..that never occurredAfter initial communications, an agreement was worked out as for a good faith payment, and continued storageOn the day we were to pay for this, my representative attempted to call and the company was unavailableFinally, via email exchange, it was stated that all of our belongings were donated (before the agreed upon time had expired)This amounts to a total of over 20,in property, clothing and tools

Contacted company and spoke with Adam to arrange move I booked two movers I later called to have the Costop at an a location before arriving at my new place so that a fridge could be picked upAdam said it would be better to pick up fridge before the moveAdam and mover picked up fridge from my moms house and met me at my new houseI have brand new flooring in my house, Adam gashed my flooring by moving my fridge diagonallyThe gashe run about 1/in wide to a foot longHe said it would clean up I told him that it had damaged the floorHe was then attaching my freezer handle to the freezer and broke the tool off insideHe was supposed to come by on multiple occasions to resolve situation and never showed up and stopped answering callsI then reached out to the owner Wayne GoodmanWayne looked at floor and tried to clean it which just damaged my floor moreWayne said he would buy a new handle for my freezerWayne stated that he ordered the handle and it's coming right

We have settled this complaint and paid Darla the $250 she was requesting and thus this complaint has been settled...
