To Whom it May Concern:
[redacted] was a partner in a joint venture called iHelpMarket.com. This company
provided single page websites for companies for marketing purposes. This
company was...
dissolved and went out of business shortly after January 1st
2014. It was just before this time that [redacted] contracted for a single page
website. When the company went out of business, many debts needed to be
resolved, and employees working on design work were no longer completing the
backlog of work.
[redacted]
stopped in and talked to [redacted] on 2 separate occasions to explain the situation
and take photos for the website. [redacted] offered and agreed to complete a more
robust site including a content management system and multiple pages because of
the delay. When the site was delivered, [redacted] decided he just wanted his money
back instead. The company finances were upside-down already so [redacted] said he
would do what he could to pay [redacted] out of his pocket by the end of June.
[redacted]
then made threatening phone calls and filed this complaint with the Revdex.com, jeopardizing
the only income stream [redacted] has. While he desires to make things right, with
the company now defunct, and personal income reduced to almost nothing, his
ability to do [redacted] a favor and re-pay him out of pocket is reduced. I will
attempt to send a check within 90 days of this letter. I can be reached directly at [redacted]
Sincerely,
[redacted]
To Whom it May Concern
Snagg.com is a worldwide leader in
theft protection and recovery. Website design or development is something
beyond the scope of what the company does. Management has reviewed the Revdex.com complaint ID [redacted] and found it to be
un-related to the company.
Management has also discussed the
matter with [redacted] directly and asked him to respond. The services were sold
through a different joint venture of [redacted]’s, but his title and position is
listed on our website, so the end user may have been confused. You will find his response accompanying this
letter. I would consider the matter resolved from our company perspective, but
are happy to help if more information is needed.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
CEO,
