I then asked you to reconsider not sending a refund and you said noYou say the puppy I was forced to pick was too old when I decided not to take the puppy and you were forced to reduce the priceThat is not my fault what about your responsibility to send me a picture when these puppies were first born not almost Weeks laterWhy don't you go back to your "guy" and get him to reimburse you the $since he gave you those puppies so late in the first placeIf you lose money that is the cost of doing business and should not be passed on to the consumerI feel that going to an outside breeder as you did is unethical, deceitful, and a contract breakerOf course you never told me that you all the puppies were born at your facility BUT you never told me that they weren't either!!! If you did tell me that I never would have put down the $You are no better than a pet store, people come to your kennel thinking they are getting a reputable breeder where parents are on site and puppies are raised where they are bornYou say this guy of yours is not bad but how do I know that he could be running a puppy mill for all anyone knowsI did not back out from the puppy I backed out from your business because I knew something was not right with your kennelYou gave me little and inconsistent information, a litter died in your care and when you sent me a picture of the litter the puppies were almost weeks old with no explanation as to why they were so oldPuppy should be with their moms until they are weeks old so to say that they were too old when I decided not to take the puppy is ridiculousI have seen puppies on your website that are over weeks old and you don't reduce the price on those puppies you are telling me a bunch of garbageThe name and number of the person you said you sold the puppy too is worthless to me, that could be a friend or family member and they will stay whatever you tell them toI want my $back and I will not stop till I get itI have a right to be satisfied as a consumer and I am definitely not satisfiedI did nothing wrong you force me to back out and now that I have heard that the puppy came from some other breeder I'm glad I did not take that puppy your guarantee is not worth anything either as genetic problems can no show up until years later when and puppy is full grown and passed the warranty periodThere are stipulations on those warranties that people don't understand or know aboutIf you are not willing to do the right thing and give me my money back I will pursue through a court and let a judge decide. I do believe that you are exploiting innocent animals for money.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed are below I disagree for the following reasons: on 7/12/*** told me I could put a deposit on litter of puppies so I assumed they would be born after 7-12-on call the *** again and she had a litter of puppies that she said were born days ago which would have been On I called *** again and at that time she said she had two letters the second letter was all red which is what I wanted she told me I could pick from either litter she said the puppies would go fast and I would need to put a deposit down which I did*** told me she would send me pictures once the puppies eyes were open in about days or August 5thOn August 8th I still had not received any pictures and I called ***She said that she sent me pictures but I never got themShe again blamed me saying that I was calling her on my landline phone instead of the cell phone number I wanted her to fax the pictures to*** told me the puppies were born on July 6th which which made the puppies weeks and days old not days as *** had impliedThe puppies were weeks older than I thought they were. *** *** also States I didn't pick the puppy out for days but she sent pictures on August 8th and I replied on August 10th at 1:pmThat is only two days.When I was informed that the first litter died, I did question *** as any reasonable person would since I am buying a puppy from this facility and want to make sure they are doing the right thing by the puppiesI did not tell her she didn't know what she was doing I only asked her why the puppies had to die couldn't she have fed them canned milkShe said you can't feed them by the bottle but it is hard to doI asked a vet and another breeder and they told me that a mother will lose her milk if she is not getting fed enough calories, she is stressed by her environment or she has an infection all of which concerned meWhen I was questioning *** she got very angry and said I was attacking her and that no one else has ever talk to her like thatI again initiated a call to *** on 8/16/and asked her why I didn't get an updated picture of the puppy *** replied that she sends pictures every couple of weeks not every weekI waited another week and then called her again to ask for a picture and she said that is not her responsibility to send pictures and that I'm supposed to call her a couple days ahead of time to let her know that I want oneWhy didn't she tell me this when I talk to her the first time? Just another inconsistencyI told *** that I felt I had no connection to this puppy and only saw one pictureI told *** I wanted a refund she said no and said she had to get off the phone because somebody was coming to look at a puppy, no other explanationOn August 24th at 9:p.mShe asked me what I was going to do if I wanted the puppy or not because she had someone else interestedI don't believe she's sold that puppy for $I would like to see proof that she didn't get the full $for the puppy especially when she told me she had somebody interested in it and the puppies were not ready to leave the kennel for another weeksI feel as a consumer I should be able to pick a kennel that I feel comfortable with that can give me reliable information about a puppy that I intend to spend the next years withShe should not be able to keep my money when I do not have a puppyTo me that is a part of the scamAny legitimate reason is ignored so they can keep my $
