Review: I ordered a watch. After a couple days I noticed the watch would lose time. I immediately contacted the company and they stated to replace the battery, that this would most definitely work. I tried this and it cost me $10. The watch still lost time. I returned the watch. They refunded me part of the price, but will not refund shipping fee (even though they sent me faulty product), and will not pay the $5 they promised for the battery replacement. Now, I realize this is not a lot of money, but the ethics of this cannot be allowed. The company refuses to refund.Desired Settlement: refund of $10

Review: Order [redacted] was received and given for a Christmas gift. The watch been worn in an office environment to be specific and where it once looked gold it lookes silver. I called the company REPEATEDLY and upon finally getting thru and not getting an answering machine I was told "did you take sandpaper to it" I was called a cheap [redacted] and was told I was trying to exchange old merchandise for that was NOT theirs.
I have never ordered from them before and I can NOT believe this is how they treat their customers. All I originally wanted was a replacement for what is obviously NOT a genuine Michael Kors watch. The company still believes I am trying to return an old used watch when I am not. I wanted to return or get my money back for the watch I paid for that already looks much older than it should. I believe it may be a fake or was improperly taking care of by the company. Nor did I appreciate being called a "cheap [redacted]" for supposedly trying to return an old watch.
