I was in the process of ordering shirts for a group but never gave the "Go ahead with the order." I ended up not being being able to order the shirts. We were charged for a 'restocking' fee and 'shipping and handling' fee. What a bunch of crap! We fought with them because NOTHING was ever okayed, nor was anything shipped! They charged us $59. The salesman finally said they will only charge us for restocking ($37) and we agreed to that. A couple of months later, we received an invoice for the whole amount, $59. This company will NEVER hear from us again!
