Top Property Shop

I have been using Top Property Shop (TPS) for years now. I started using them for the buy and sell side of things and was very impressed with the service and knowledge of everyone I worked with. It became very evident that everyone was highly trained and motivated. I had done several real estate transactions before I found Top Property Shop, and not had anything like the service I got with them. I then started using their property management services and was blown away! I love their simple straight forward management fee. I did a lot of checking with other companies and found that when I read everyones contract and then added the total cost of management including all the additional fees (that are not mentioned when they advertise their fees) I was saving big money if I hired Top Property Shop. I of course knew I would get good service because of my experience with them on the buy/sell side of things. I could not believe that I was getting better service, including some features that are not even offered by some other companies, at a lower cost. that is what I call a win - win. what else can I say!
