Review: Saw a refrigerator for sale on the OfferUp App and made contact With [redacted] to see it Drove to Santa Ana from Ontario,Ca. Purchased 2 refrigerators and washer/dryer unit on 1/8/14. The day the Refrigerator was delivered they plugged it in and looked on, yet never got cold. I called to let them know our food was spoiling.The digital panel began to turn off and on its settings. They suggested we unplug it and wait few minutes and plug it back in and wait for it to get cold. It never did get cold and was never cold to begin with. After many phone calls and text and finally just taking the trip down to personally complain they came out one night late and took it apart and cleaned coils, no parts changed. The repair guy said he wasn't given any parts for it and was just to come out and try to fix it. They said to wait for next day to store food. Next day was not cold enough still. We shopped and had stored all new food that went bad for the second time.The digital panel said Error and then back and forth to different numbers/symbols. Still didn't work. We called and texted and once in a while every so many days we would get [redacted] on the phone and promised they would be out either that day or next day. No show ever. the second fridge was purchased for the back rental unit and a stacked compact washer/dryer, the washer immediately was overflowing water and could not use it properly without watching it before it spilled. Yet the time they came out we had then look at it and they were able to fix it on the spot because that was something minor. The second refrigerator doors do not hang flushed as they should and noticeable when doors are closed. The main fridge was bartered for a work type yellow truck in exchange for fridge at $1,200, for the second fridge $550 and $250 for the stacked washer/dryer unit. We have text to prove all this and a receipt that says Maison Appliances for $1,200, $550 and $250 which states Parts Labor or Exchange 90 day warranty signed by [redacted] and myself [redacted].Desired Settlement: We like a Refund for The Main 4 door refrigerator of $1,200 and plus food cost that spoiled of at least $200. The truck has been registered in one of [redacted]'s employees name already and they are using it for deliveries etc. The Refrigerator is a Kenmore 4 Door, which the Kenmore label was switched by [redacted] to a LG Elite label on it to match our other appliances already in our house. Review: A refrigerator was purchased "like new" and was delivered with moldy shelves, dead bugs, and a non working ice maker. After trying multiple times to have these items replaced the business continues to ignore and create every excuse to not have the parts delivered. Over 2 weeks ago I sent the business the photos of the shelves along with the make and model of the refrigerator and was told that the part had to be ordered, the owner was at his sons graduation, he was on his way to pick up the part, he got into a certain accident, they were waiting on someone to deliver the part. I even let the company know that I would gladly scrap the ice maker if I could just have the shelves and I would even come and pick them up, no delivery needed but was still given the "run around"

I feel very scammed, I paid 300 dollars cash for this space waster that can't even hold food.Desired Settlement: I just want non moldy shelves to be able to store my parish able foods. That is all!
