All our employees are very aware of this customer due to his ongoing complaints He street races this Honda and breaks his exhaust under the car, which has been lowered, when it bottoms out and rips the exhaust We have repaired this Honda times He has also taken it to other shops and their work was faulty He had a high perfornace header installed prior to coming to us It had an after market flange welded to the high performance exhaust header It is not a factory part He changed to solid motor mounts, thus stressing the full exhaust system A flex joint should have been installed, but the customer refused our request to put one on because he said he did not need it He had the bolt on flang removed by someone else and had a solid exhaust pipe welded in He came back requesting a flex joint be installed for free or he would file a complaint He states in his complaint that he ask politely, which was not true He also claims that he has never abused his car His attitude and actions in front of our customers was shameful We have tried to make him happy to no avail Customer statisfaction is #here at Top QualityEven though high performance parts are not warrantied, we bent over backwards to help him He is also slandering Top Quality on [redacted] , but we will deal with that legally

Hello- I am aware of the issue on the rear brakes on her VanMy service Advisor wrote up the parts on a counter ticket and we purchased the parts and we installed new brake drums for sure but the Mechanic is no longer with us that done the install of partsThe customer came and I set down on June 17th and told her I was sorry for the issue and I asked her how much of a refund would make her happyWe agreed on $and I wrote her a check in that amount and she cashed it on 6-17-She left and thanked me for taking care of this issueShe never brought the van back to us to make it right though
