Motor vehicles constantly changing, moving and particularly different driving conditions based on Mass Limited Used Car Warranty Laws. MGFL c 90 s &N1/4. This car was covered under the law for 30 days. Internal parts are undetected, therefore this is something we do not foresee, sold in full...

honesty and disclosure. We have never misrepresented ourselves to claim we changed the transmission oil. But we do Point on to customers , on safety checkpoints, service checks, such as fluid checks, engine oil and filter change, ball joints etc. This vehicle did pass Mass state inspection, by Mr. [redacted]. He send it to an inspection station, at which time. It passed safety and emission inspection. Had the car failed state inspection? We would have been bound by Mass law to fix the fails.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
I am rejecting this response, I want a full refund on this vehicle. The vehicle has spent more days in the shop being repaired then I have actually had to be able to use the vehicle. We have NOW had to bring the vehicle in to the seller FIVE times, and this does not include the TWO time we had to bring it to another repair shop to find out what was wrong with the vehicle so that the dealer could have the vehicle properly repaired. The dealer has continued to be deceitful in repairs, we have yet to have any printouts of what has been done for service to the vehicle. We had to pay for repairs for the muffler that the dealer's repair shop never fixed in the first place, leaving clamps OFF of the muffler. We paid for an inspection after having the dealer include this if his fees because it would not pass an inspection and needed proof that it was not able to pass. The dealer then had their repair shop "fix" the vehicle and they got an inspection sticker and never refunded us the additional money we already spent on the failed inspection sticker. We then brought the vehicle to our mechanic and it was discovered that the dealer's repair shop failed to fix the muffler correctly leaving a part off the muffler and several clamps were missing, this cost us $180, not sure how it passed inspection when parts were not properly replaced! We picked the vehicle up on 12/26/17 and it is still not running right. The vehicle is running extremely loud to the point where it hurts my ears when accelerating. I am brining it to my mechanic again to see what the problem is. This vehicle is a LEMON, I want my money back so that I can purchase a vehicle that will be safe and not have the continued problems that this vehicle has had. I am including a time line of the past month so that it will be clear to all the trouble this vehicle and dealer has caused. They are deceitful and try to cut corners to save money and are refusing to refund our money on a vehicle that has been troubled from the date it was purchased. Mind you the vehicle was sold to use with the check engine light on and the dealer replied with "oh yeah I know that it is on" then why would you let me take it off the lot when you know that there was a problem to begin with and they were making me go to another town to get an inspection sticker.  Like I said deceitful and sneaky.  11/18/17: Purchased [redacted] (2006) from Top Quality Auto Sales in Taunton, MA11/20/17: Picked up the vehicle from the dealer, was told to get an inspection sticker from a place in Dighton MA the next day, while driving the vehicle home the check engine light came on , the dealer was contacted and stated he knew about the check engine light, please note that he failed to disclose this to us, if he knew about then why was the light not on when I drove the vehicle off the lot? 11/21/17: We were unable to bring the vehicle to be inspected the next day due to my husband having a health emergency (diagnosed with Acute Leukemia), dealer contacted and aware, also informed dealer about the vehicle squeaking when the brakes applied, pulling to the right, with worsening pull upon applying the brakes, along with the check engine light remaining on. Dealer acknowledged and plans were made to bring the vehicle to Attleboro which is inconvenient for us as we live in South Plymouth, the dealer made no effort at this time to deliver the vehicle to his repair shop in Attleboro. 11/27/17: Vehicle was brought to Attleboro at dealer request, many issues were found by the mechanic, initially dealer refused to pay for all needed repairs stating he only needed to repair safety concerns, so that it would pass inspection. Dealer did eventually change his mind and agreed to pay for the needed repairs. 11/30/17: We were informed by the mechanic late in the afternoon that the vehicle was ready to be picked up after having the vehicle for 4 days!!! 12/1/17: Vehicle was picked up and there was no inspection sticker (we had previously requested that the inspection be done). While driving the vehicle it was discovered that it was sounding louder than previously noted.  12/2/17: Purchased groceries and was unable to open the trunk, was able to previously open the trunk. 12/4/17: Vehicle was brought to our mechanic and we asked for the vehicle to be looked at as we felt the dealer and his mechanic were being deceitful with repairs (no documentation was provided as to what was serviced on the vehicle). It was discovered that 2 coolant lines were about to let go, in addition to the power steering line needing to be repaired as it was about to let go as well. The muffler was barely hanging on. The dealer was notified and he refused to refund the purchase price, insisting that we go back to Attleboro where his mechanic is to have the repairs done.  12/5/17: Vehicle was brought to dealer and he still refused to refund our money even though there is continued issues with the vehicle. Upon driving the vehicle home the check engine light came on again (still no inspection sticker on the vehicle). We brought the vehicle to be inspected to prove that there is a need for the vehicle to be properly repaired, the vehicle of course was failed to emissions and the passenger's head light was out.  There are continued issues with the vehicle, the check engine light continued to remain on after 2 O2 sensors had been replaced, supposedly passed inspection however when the vehicle was picked up on 12/14/17, the exhaust was louder than it had previously been and the steering was squeaking and it was difficult to turn the steering wheel. 12/15/17: The vehicle was once again brought to my mechanic and we were informed that one of the coolant lines was not replaced as we had previously requested, and the power steering line was not replaced again as we had already requested from the first time our mechanic looked at this vehicle. NOTICE the continued deceitfulness the dealer and his mechanic have shown! The exhaust was also missing a part along with several clamps which cost u $180.00 to repair to which the dealer is refusing to pay because we did not have his mechanic fix the problem, please note that his mechanic has not been able to fix relatively simple repairs after having the vehicle for many days.  Dealer again notified and again stated he will have his mechanic to the work and that we need to give him a detailed report from our mechanic so that his mechanic can make sure the repairs are done. We have now returned the vehicle for the 5th time, we have not been able to use this vehicle even though it was purchased 11/18/17, it has spent more time at the dealer's preferred mechanic than in our possession.  12/26/17: Vehicle was picked up from the dealer (we could have drove to Attleboro on 12/23/17 to pick it up). The vehicle is now running louder than ever before, to the point that it hurts my ears when accelerating. I ma bringing the vehicle to my mechanic again to see what the problem its.  At this point I am demanding my money to be returned as this vehicle clearly is a lemon and continues to have problems that the dealer's mechanic is unable to properly fix.  [redacted]      I replied that I rejected the response by Top Quality Auto Sales in Taunton. I want to add that over the weekend the check engine light came on again and it is the O2 sensor that has been replaced 4 times now, this will be the 5th. This vehicle is a lemon, we want our money back so that we can get a reliable vehicle. Thanks
