In regard to this situation, *** *brought the coat in while I was away from the businessMy wife took the coat in, which was presented to us in a plastic bagThe customer explained about the vomit and stains but the bag was not opened until after she leftOnce I returned to the store we
opened the bag and the smell was so bad that there was no way we could work with the coat that same dayI applied a deodorizing agent to the coat and let it sit for hours but the smell was still too bad so the deodorizer was re-appliedThe customer stopped by days later asking if the coat was ready for pickup and was told no, due to the odor, etc., we hadn't tried to clean it yetThey left the storeWe did clean the coat several times and, while all of the stain didn't come out, the coat looks much better than when it was brought in, plus the odor is gone. When the customer cam in to pick up the coat they were upset that it didn't look exactly as it had before the staining, it was explained to them the extra procedures taken to try to do our best to clean the coat and that this was an exceptionally difficult stain etcto deal withThe customer wasn't happy and stated that we didn't know how to do our jobThey took the coat with themThe cleaning was paid for in advance and at this point we do not feel a refund is warrantedWe charged the regular price for cleaning a coat and we did have to take extraordinary measures in this caseI am sorry they are not satisfied but we believe we did the best job possible under the circumstancesThank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. They are lying again. The coat was not in a plastic bag. It was open. It is true that a women took the coat from me. She looked at the vomit. She even disgusted for a while. I really do not want anything from this dry cleaning store. Not a refund or even cleaning the coat again. I also checked the reviews about this store. They have less than 2 stars. It is my fault that I took my expensive coat to this store. The one located just next to Kroger treated the coat in an awesome manner. It looks brand new now. This store even did not charge me after I told the owner what happened. I just want from Revdex.com to spread the message that the High Quality Cleaners is a scam.
