The customer complained the pairs of jeans that he dropped off were washed in the laundry and not dry cleanedWe accomodate all of our customer's requests and clean the clothes accordinglyAfter months, he came back to our store with of the pairs of jeans and complained that it shrunk in the waist sideHowever, the pairs of jeans that he brought displayed as a size and when we measured, it was true to its sizeWe decided to measured his waist and it was inchesThe claim shows that the jeans would most likely not fit himAll pairs of jeans were from the same company under the APC Petit Standard JeansHe brought in of the pairs of jeans that were cleaned and stated that only of the pairs shrunk in sizeIn addition, we checked out the APC Petite Standard Jeans company's website and the site stated in their sizing that the largest size they carry is a size Furthermore, months is a long period of time to return to complainWe tried to resolve this issue however he threated the welfare of our businessAfter the measures that we have taken, we believe that the jeans that came months ago is in the same condition as it is now

I am wearing another pair of the same size 35 jeans today, the same ones that I went home to get and tried on in front of four employees to show that the size 35 fits. They fit me. I proved that in front of them. This issue here is that after dropping off my other two pair of size 35 (along with one size 36 which I don't care about) the size 35 appear to be washed and not dry cleaned. Ever since I moved in to this neighborhood, I have had my jeans dry cleaned at the same place. No problem. With the new owner as of Sept 2015, the first time I returned to this location to have the jeans dry cleaned, they shrunk and appear to have been washed. I never had this problem before. I am very cautious with my jeans as I don't want them to shrink. They shrink if placed in water. And that is what happened. 3 months, he came back to our store with 2 of the 3 pairs of jeans and complained that it shrunk in the waist side. However, the 2 pairs of jeans that he brought displayed as a size 35 and when we measured, it was true to its size. We decided to measured his waist and it was 41 inches. The claim shows that the jeans would most likely not fit him. All 3 pairs of jeans were from the same company under the APC Petit Standard Jeans. He brought in 2 of the 3 pairs of jeans that were cleaned and stated that only 2 of the pairs shrunk in size. In addition, we checked out the APC Petite Standard Jeans company's website and the site stated in their sizing that the largest size they carry is a size 36. Furthermore, 3 months is a long period of time to return to complain. We tried to resolve this issue however he threated the welfare of our business. After the measures that we have taken, we believe that the jeans that came 3 months ago is in the same condition as it is now.
