This business started a job and refused to finish, leaving us with a mess. They are not true to their word and would avoid any interaction with them. Disgraceful and unprofessional.

Review: Top Quality Driveways solicited our home on Mother's Day May **, 2015 to do cement work. [redacted] told us that he would give us an amazing deal that we couldn't refuse and would like to ask our neighbors for work as well. He came back a few days later with a price and description in writing for the rip up of old driveway, walkways and patios and replacement with new cement. On May [redacted], Top Quality Driveways came and ripped up all existing concrete. They took a cash deposit and said the job would only be a 3 day job. They have never come back to finish. After numerous phone calls, stopping by address listed on business, they came to our home May [redacted] and said they underbid the job and did not want to finish. After discussing the issue with [redacted] and his Father, they promised they would be back June [redacted] to complete the work. They apologized for making me upset and assured us they would finish. They have not shown up and have not answered phone call attempts.Desired Settlement: We told them that we would never have had them rip up our entire home if they couldn't finish because it was a special time for our daughter who is graduating high school. Her [redacted] Birthday is next week and Prom. Her Graduation Party follows. We need the work finished as promised and as agreed immediately. We have awnings that are no longer cemented into the ground an could become compromised. We have children who can get hurt with the condition our home has been left in.
