Horrible service I regret hiring them Delivery date was promised to us barring any accident or catastrophe On the first available delivery day our things were miles away in a warehouse where they have been sitting for day! Calls were made and no return calls were made Do not be fooled by this company Go with a large well established one that will make guarantees We contracted for cubic feetIt ballooned to even though I could see space for more behind a wall of flattened boxes (a typical way to conceal space The movers did a good job however and appeared to wrap all items well I just think they could have packed a little more tightlyDespite this I paid the extra and tipped the guys because my worldly possessions were now in there handsMy families belonging will not be delivered for at least a week later than the first available costing me in wasted rentHad they been upfront I would have delayed the move in day to save the money

We relocated from Pa to Fl in Aug We filed a claim with damages to couch, broken be headboard, fridge door damage broken lamp, wicker chair damage The damage were discussed with the delivery guy at time of delivery and also noted on the form I had to sign for the delivery guy The company acknowledged the damage and only offered us $ The damage is more than that, the couch was new with tags still on it, the delivery guy said it was wrapped too tight for too long of a period of time, the same with the headboard We did also send before and after pictures I think the damage is worth more than $ I have been trying to contact the company with no success We only have about more days to sign off or we lose even the $ Can you help us?

Very grateful I used this company..they helped take some of my stress of having to move at the last minuteWorkers were understanding and respectful while working and also had reasonable pricing to take away some of the stress for my situation I was in

Delivery date was promised to us barring any accident or catastrophe On the first available delivery day our things were 3000 miles away in a warehouse where they have been sitting for 20 day! Calls were made and no return calls were made. Do not be fooled by this company. Go with a large well established one that will make guarantees. We contracted for 995 cubic feet. It ballooned to 1250 even though I could see space for more behind a wall of flattened boxes (a typical way to conceal space. The movers did a good job however and appeared to wrap all items well I just think they could have packed a little more tightly. Despite this I paid the extra and tipped the guys because my worldly possessions were now in there hands. My families belonging will not be delivered for at least a week later than the first available costing me 750 in wasted rent. Had they been upfront I would have delayed the move in day to save the money.
