Review: I had a contract with this plumber to replace my toilet and shutoff valve. He did not replace the valve, and omitted to tell me. When I asked him to complete the job or to discount the work for the price to have it done by another company he refused to do so.Desired Settlement: I would like him to discount the work the same price as it would cost a standard plumbing company to complete the job.

To whom it may concern: I disagree with the complaint as follows. The value in question was in perfect working condition so I determined it did not need replacing!

I did speak to [redacted] and discounted bill, she stopped payment on check after paying me and after I told her I was filling a lien she paid me the original amount

without discount, I cashed her check not ever wanting to deal with this person again, after 25 years in the business I have never felt so insulted, as she told me

my plumber didn't know how to install a toilet, her father said!

Bottom line is I gave her a quote and her main toilet problem got corrected.
