I had some renovation done with this company. There were a ton of issues regarding services not being completed or completed inadequately. I have paid for ALL of the work that was supposed to be fixed. He never revisited the home to see to inspect the final job or he would have seen the areas that needed to be addressed. My bathroom door was NOT put back on, stain on ceiling was not fixed as agreed upon, hole in upper bedroom wall not fixed and mirrors, light fixures,sink were left for me to dispose of. I had to haul of these materials to the landfill on my own. I have spent over approx $7500 on this job and had to have others come in and fix. I have asked the owner for ALL receipts and an itemized list of all services rendered. The owner texted that he would make sure I receive this information in my mailbox as well as the Window warranty for the windows I have installed. Customer had stated multiple times throughout project that anything her & her family could do own their own to save cost they would do themselves. Our company did a lot of the "labor intensive work" and towards completion customer stated that their funds were low due to the fact that she was a single parent with 4 children and that she was going to finish this project with her dad and brother. At the time we last met at her home her dad & brother were sitting on the porch waiting to over see our work because all locks had been changed by homeowner and no one was able to gain access. Once homeowner arrived to let us in her dad & brother both commented on how great of a job that we had done and couldn't understand why she was so upset. Customer also stated that she lived in the city and that unwanted items (not construction debris) would be picked up by the city. Customer did request receipts and warranty info to be placed in her mailbox which was done so that same week. However we will be sending another copy of receipts for services and window warranty info out today via [redacted].
