Review: I had called [redacted], [redacted] of Top Quality Roofing located in [redacted], in order to fix a small leak in my roof. [redacted] was instructed to re-shingle my roof four years ago. Upon surveying the roof, he deemed one section of the house "new and didn't need repairing". Four years later, that "new" un-shingled section of the roof began to leak through my ceiling. I had called [redacted], requesting that he come and fix the leak. This was the week of the [redacted] of March. [redacted] had come and lay a tarp over the leaking section of the roof and left. A week later,he came to fix the roof. I commented that it was too cold, and the sealant would not properly dry but he insisted he fix it then. The next day, there was some rain, the whole ceiling began to cave in. My tenants had to leave their home and rent a motel because of [redacted]'s incompetence. [redacted] was very unprofessional. He rushed the work and fixed nothing. The portion of the roof he attempted to fix is hanging off the end of my home and is ready to peel off if any wind come. [redacted] has caused further damage to my home. What once was a small leak is now a chaotic floodgate. I paid [redacted] for what little roof work he had done,and consulted another roofer who came immediately to fix [redacted]'s mess. The new roofer had witnessed the catastrophe and was absolutely outraged that anyone call themselves a roofer and do such horrible work. My tenants and I are very displeased in [redacted] and his business. Furthermore, [redacted] has been calling my tenants and I for two days straight without cease demanding he receive more pay. I am horrified and utterly appalled that [redacted] would even attempt to call me after all of the damage he has caused.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a billing adjustment and a letter of apology.
