receive $every week from the gentlemanAfter the second $was received, I personally called him to ask him what was his intention since we do not have any investment or business partnership program for $or for $a week at that timeHe replied that he just wanted to make some money/profit backHe said that he cannot invest any lump sum of $1,or $but can handle $every weekWe told him that we cannot handle the weekly investment frequency because by the time his second investment of $arrives, we have not even turned around our products and make a profit on the first $yetWeekly is too fast we told himAlso, we told him that since we were not a stock brokerage firm selling stocks & bonds,he cannot,therefore, keep sending the money every week without having an agreement to clarify the reason(s)The agreement would be notarized to him later by us Then he suggested that he would send $weekly to us until it's $and we can use the $Then, we drafted a custom agreement for $for him but did not notarize it because we did not have the full $paid to us yet Since gentleman had skipped a few weeks without paying, therefore, it was not a consecutive weeks period to pay the $Anyway, eventually, he paid the $in full even though it took more than the weeks agreed uponThe story was not the way he'd told itHe did not give us $onceHe paid it in installmentsA notarized contract is an agreement to show that we have now started to work as business partners with himHe does not have a notarized contract from us yet even up until nowTHAT'S THE FIRST PART OF THE STORYSECOND PART: While the complainant was still sending the money on installment, we told him that the company would be re-branding & researching a new product brand/line, That we would be in a pre-launch recess for months and we'll launch our new product brands as of December 19th, That during the pre-launch, no sales and no revenues were anticipatedOnly testing the products and making launching readiness and etcAt that point, the complainant asked if we knew when he would start to get some money back, we told his that it'll be between & days, that's -months after we launched as we would need the time to empty substantial volumes of our inventory of product line and at that time, we would notarize his contract , send him a copy and start his project Also, we told him that although we would launch on December 19th, The following weeks after that would be full of christmas and new year break/holidaysWe told him to count the 3-months to start as of January 1st., March 31st- -to April 28th would have been the period with which we'll implement his contract and projectSurprisingly and without prior warning and erratically, he sent his complaint to you at Revdex.comWe at my office were saying what the heck is this? Reading through his complaint content, we noticed that he had made some statement which were misleading or were blatant liesHe talked about monthly paymentHow can he receive a monthly payment prior when he was supposed to receive it or days after which he'd received a notarized contractWe would have countersign & notarized his contract and sent him a copy around the first week of April This monthHe also saidQuote "DrIsrael has stopped all communication with me"-- UnquoteThat was a lieEven if we have defaulted on the contract which we did notThe CEO will never quit communication with himIf it would take the CEO to every day beg him to wait patiently, that he'll dohe'll never turn his back on any clients and cut off communication with themThat was never his styleWe do have a popular CEO OR DOES THIS COMPLAINANT HAVE ANY PROOF THAT WE STOP TALKING TO HIM? DO WE HAVE A FAX DOCUMENT FROM HIM REGARDING THAT? OF COURSE NOT DO WE HAVE A REGISTERED MAIL OR EVEN AN ORDINARY MAIL/LETTER REGARDING THISWE DID NOT It was a lie to say that DrIsrael stopped all communications with this complainantAlso, we did not give him many excuses other than the pre-launch recess..and this pre-launch break news was announced online publicly at our web site at that thatHis was not an isolated matterFurthermore, He also saidQuote "Talked to Company: 8/1/Talked to Company (2nd): 9/10/Talked to Company (3rd): 3/31/2017"--UnquoteIt was definitely a BIG LIE that he talked to us on March 31st, or Whom did he talk to? Does he have a proofWe want to know the name of the person he'd talked to at this office just days before filing a complaint with Revdex.comIT WAS A LIEIN CONCLUSION: The complainant caught us by surprise in that he made us believe that he was waiting for the 90-days then suddenly went to file a complaint on the 92nd days to the Revdex.comHe was very erratic and unpredictable As far as we were concerned, he is still our active clientWE DID NOT HAVE HIS CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION NOTICE ON FILE WITH US EVEN AS I WRITEAs you knew, we are not a member of Revdex.com whether accredited or notWe just took the time off to respond to this regardlessWe are not really going to put up with a complainant like this in the futureIf he wanted to terminate an agreement he entered with us which was about to be notarized then he should communicate the fact with us directlyUS postal services or *** ** and *** are still in business, we'll receive his letter and sign for it....and reply to it____________________________________________________ WHY WEREN'T WE A MEMBER OF Revdex.com? We used to be a member of Revdex.com until That over years agoWe used to pay $a year for the Revdex.com membership in Toronto CanadaHowever, in 1991, new broke out that the president of Revdex.com chapter in Toronto had stolen or embezzled over $million from the Revdex.com purseAt that time Revdex.com was a non-profitable organization with about 5,members paying $a yearThat was a cool($x $5,000) = $1,750,($million) a year without paying any tax on it Therefore, It was way easy to just pocket $million by the Revdex.com president but that was illegal thing to do and there was a fight within Revdex.com rank and files which became a national newsAnyway, the bad news about Revdex.com including ** *** national coverage was so bad and we have not returned to Revdex.com membership since then simply because we don't want to keep dashing out $every year to the Revdex.com chapter's presidentAgain, that was almost years agoMaybe things have changed by now at Revdex.com, we don't know.....all that we knew is, we are not a memberThank you Consultant DrIsrael F* CEO

This complainant said something but his presented evidence said the oppositeAlso, he used the word lying or covwhile in fact he was the one telling the lies based upon his evidenceHis contacting the Revdex.com was a surprise to us here since there was no misunderstanding between us priorWE DID NOT HAVE ANY TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION LETTER FROM HIM TO THIS DATE.WE HEARD ABOUT HIS CANCELLATION THROUGH YOU THE Revdex.comJUST LIKE THATBUT WE ARE NOT A MEMBER OF THE Revdex.comHe gave bogus dates which he claimed to have talked to us here and that too was terrible lies.Anyway, We would prefer solving the issue directly with him or use the services of our own third party arbitrators to handle everything with integrity.He should please contact us directlyWe are not a member of the Revdex.com arbitration servicesThis is our third response to this matter.Thank youIsrael F*

What offer? We have not presented the Revdex.com with any offer. No tricks please.All we have done was  told the Revdex.com our own  side of the story since the complainant  was not telling the whole truth (was not forthcoming)We have no dispute or cancellation on our record, VERBAL  OR WRITTEN, regarding this  from this complainant.No it's not fair.
