I did receive today the complaint from *** *** ** *** and i'm really wondering about this complaints first of all I do work
alone and that doesn't make me unprofessional and when Groupon sale coupon and all this people calling at the same time it turns to chaos sometime but I do return phone calls at my convenienceMs*** *** called to set up appointment for her and her friend and I booked them right the way at the time they did request so they came first was Ms*** and she requested a deep tissue and when I asked her do you had massage before she said yes one time somewhere on vacation so I worked on her back that she was complaining about and then I tried to work her legs she said I don't feel comfortable could you just do my feet and I did work her feet and shoulders and after we got done she said i'm sorry its not you its just I never had a massage from a male therapist and she said I like your decoration and she thanked me and left and I told her maybe next time you should request a female therapist when you get a massageThen came her friend Ms*** got her massage thanked me and leftI do have about degrees and diplomas but they hang on the wall in my office if she asked me to show her any I will be more than happy to do so
