I order a package online over 35 days ago. They claim the package was shipped from Canada to *** however *** never received the package. I emailed them to try to resolve the situation however they will not answer their emails and they also stated they will not refund me my money until *** confirms they in fact lost a package they never received.

IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A RETURN THEY WILL PUT EXCUSES WITH BACK AND FORTH EMAILS FOR A MONTH , AND THAT THE SHOES NEED TO BE RETURN TO *** WHEN IT COSTS ABOUT $ 30 TO SHIP THEM BACK TO ***, THEY WILL GET LOST, NOT GUARANTEED BY THE POST OFFICE THAT THEY WILL RECEIVE THEM

The seller charged my credit card $58USD on the same day I placed my order.
It was not clear that the prices posted online were in US Funds.
The company 'looks' like a Canadian company to the online shopper so a Canadian online shopper would not expect to be charged in US Funds.
The seller provided no tracking number or other evidence that the goods were shipped. They only provided an email from themselves that they had completed the order. (Order #***)

I asked them to cancel the order because I hadn't received the goods and I had not received a tracking number which would enable me to see the status of the package and it's location in transit. They replied 2 days later and asked for more time.

I emailed again and told them I still had received nothing and asked them again to refund my ***.
AUGUST 31 2017
They asked for more time.
SEPTEMBER 8 2017
I asked them why my *** had not been refunded. No reply from Top Rated Shoes.

I asked them why my *** had not been refunded and told them I was going to file a formal complaint. No reply from Top Rated Shoes.

I told them I would proceed with the formal complaint.

Filed this formal complaint because I have never received the goods I ordered and my credit card has not been refunded.
