This company is a complete scam. They sent 1 package or Right Care Lean Body at 89.94 and an additional bottle of Right Care Deluxe Detox $89.82. When I called to close this account I was only offered $40. for each bottle. I did not order them and The wanted my money back.
Charges very HIGH subscription after free trial without clear warning and doesn't send product.
This company provides a "free trial" for weight loss pills that are not FDA approved. This is labeled on the bottle, but not on the website/advertisement. Once you sign up for the free trial there is no clear indication that you'll be signed up for the pills monthly at an exponentially higher rate than your initial payment. The "free trial" has you covered around $6-$7 for shipping and the monthly subscription is $89+. I cancelled my subscription and the company still kept their full payment and also did not send me a product. They stole my money and when I disputed it with my bank they no longer would communicate with me at all. Y bank awarded them the money and now I'm out $89+ with no fake non working weight loss pills. Their customer service only refers you to tour bank even though their company was awarded tour funds and you've been charged. Total scam all the way around.
I want a refund of my subscription charge in the amount of $89.84.

We may be able to refund once the dispute has been confirmed withdrawn by your bank. It can still take 60-75 days for the dispute to be closed and the funds returned.
Only when this happens can we process a refund. Since the dispute itself has already refunded you, we suggest you to await your bank's advise instead of going through the lengthy process of withdrawal and dispute finalization.

Your company did not give me that response in email. You said you could not help me at all. I have attached a screen shot showing that the funds were reversed and awarded to your company. The bank had already finalized their decision and you still have my funds. I want to be refunded. Your company did not even send me any product after I was charged and before I cancelled the subscription or requested a refund. Your company also refused to give me a name of anyone I was speaking to a ceased communication. All I want is my money back that was drafted from my account that was misleading for your "subscription". Attached are all emails I have corresponding with this company and my bank statement that shows the funds were drafted from my account and awarded to their company.

If you can call us back with your bank , we can gladly offer you a refund. The reason we cannot process a refund at this moment without your bank is because you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. If we also refund you the amount, you will receive TWICE the amount and in the end you have the possibility of OVERDRAWING your account or getting TWICE the amount removed from your account.

I already informed you that my bank removed the funds from my account and your company was awarded the money. Attached is proof from my bank that YOU were awarded the funds and the matter has been closed with my bank.
This is a terrible company. The introductory product made us ill causing vomiting and diarrhea. Called the company to complain and cancel. They continued to ship the product and charged my credit card $ 184.00 a month. I disputed six total months of the product.
Their customer service staff hung up each time I called.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the Number One Keto and Number One Detox, if you do not call to cancel and return the products.
Your trial started when you ordered the products on 05/05/2020 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.84 and $6.82. Your trial ended on 05/21/2020, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.
We went ahead and cancel your account today (05/26/2020). Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.
Since we do not normally do this, as a ONE TIME COURTESY, we went ahead and process refund of $89.82
Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

This business is advertising my home address as their business address. I don't know where they are located, but they are not located where I reside at: 1424 Rowantree Dr Dover, Fl
When trying their "contact" number, it goes to hold music and they never respond.
Evidently they are now getting consumer complaints that are being mailed to my home, and once again, they do not work out of my home residence.
This website and business is obviously a scam and should be shut down.
Other (requires explanation) I would like the Revdex.com to contact me to advise that they have contacted this so called business and have shut down their website with my personal home address listed as their "business"
