Not a company I would recommend to anyoneFrom first day using their web site, it states gontomone of "their" slab yards to pick out your new counter topsThey will cut to fit what you pick outI did just that and put two slabs on holdThey installed and a month later I got a call from "their" slab yard that the two slabs I have on hold are still there and do I still want themI called the slab yard and confirmedI told them to release the slabs as the work is doneI noticed a difference upon installation, but thought hell I picked them out so what can I do and the installers blamed it on lightingI tried to email top Rock, as they don't answer the phone and don't return messages and now do not even reply to emailsI think I was mislead and they mis represented I what you would getThey either got it cheap somewhere else or had crap instockMy counters really show the difference in the different slaps usedOne has very pale yellow the other bright dark yellowDon't use them
My experience with this company is totally negative I advise anyone not to do business with Jeff They are not professional and only have excuses
I paid in full up front cause Jeff texted me a picture of granite he had in shop ready to fabricate and installLoved the granite he showed me Well two weeks passed, received calk from installers confirming installation the next day
Shortly received a email from Stephanie with a picture of granite that was not what I originally had purchased I called Jeff and he told me there was a mix up He would call later that evening with a new date and timeAnd the original granite would be used Well he never called, he claims he put my money back on my card Also stated I should find another fabricator
Buyer beware, I lostt a month and almost $ Now my floor and appliances are on hold until I get granite installed from some other place
I am absolutely fuming, with there lack of customer support Its like they were tricking me to accept lower quality
