Review: I ordered a Mirrored Vanity on 04/24/13, cost $2,170.0. [redacted], (President), billed my [redacted], 50% deposit on May 14, 2012, for $1,125.00. Delivery was promised in 4 weeks. After 6 weeks, on June 25th, I called left a message, text, and emailed, no response. I repeated all of this again on July 09th, no response. On August 15th, he finally returned my call, stating he was having a problem with his manufacturer, and requested a couple of more weeks, I said yes, but no longer. On September 11,I text him stating it was past 4 weeks, and what was going on, I need a specific delivery date, no response. On September 13, I text him, no response. On Sept 27, I left a message on his cell, no response. On September 27, I emailed him, that if I did not hear from him by the 30th, I was reporting him to Revdex.com, no response. On September 30, he emailed me that he was sorry to inform me that the mirror vanity is not going to work, using all his skill the end product is just not good enough for the job. His glass guy is not willing to stand behind the final product. He said he "honestly" thought he could make a good product. His office will issue a refund "today", om my credit card for $1,125.00, plus $500.00. In the future he will stick to things he's experienced in, like closets. That was the last email received. As of October 24, 2013, I received no credit.Desired Settlement: My deposit of $1,125.00, plus $500.00, I now have to order this Vanity from a Retailer who has increased their price.

I am rejecting this response because: **. [redacted] has had my money, $1,250.00 since May 14, 2013, it is outrageous that he has the audacity, and arrogance to ask for 2 more weeks. He has no right to continue to hold on to it for over 6 months. Also, he is not paying me the $500.00 I requested for retaining my money, aggravation, stress, and the increase on the Vanity I had to purchase from another supplier, due to his inability to satisfy his contract with me. I insist he return the money owed me this week.

We cut a check today for $1,125 on check #[redacted] for deposit refund, which will be mailed on 12/6/13. A $400 gift certificate will be sent with the check to be used to purchase a product from Top Shelf Closets within 90 days of date of certificate.
