Their approach was much the same as top shelf's I told them I was not interested in purchasing any thing from them due to the other problem I have encountered, also I would not purchase anything via the phone only in person sales. Review: A $400.00 silver Morgan Silver Dollar was charged to my credit card. I did not request the coin or authorize the charge to my credit card.

I had called the company and requested a description of what the charge was for and they told me that they as he didn't know what it was for, he would be in contact with me after noon the following day. I then told him that I did not want any more of their coins, as the last batch was promptly returned because they were not of the quality that they described to me and if I wanted any more coins I would just purchase them at a local coin shop and also to take me off their calling list.

The promised call was not returned as promised and no communication of any kind has been received by me to date.

I then called [redacted] and protested the $400.00 charge and they said that they would refund the amount to my account, I also requested that they not allow the company in question to access or use my account again and I was told they would attempt to do this.

I then called a local coin dealer and requested a retail price on the described coin and was told they would try to get $75.00 for it.

I have tried to contact them when I received the unrequested coin but was connected to the voice mail twice. I did request a call back before contacting the Revdex.com. No reply yet.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A PRE PAID MAILER FORWARDED TO ME SO I COULD RETURN THE COIN THAT WAS SENT, PROMPTLY BACK TO THEM. I WOULD LIKE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION REMOVED FROM THEIR BUSINESS RECORDS AFTER THE REFUND IS PROCESSED, AND ALSO BE TAKEN OFF THEIR MAILING AND PHONE CALL LIST, AS I NO LONGER WANT ANY CONTACT WITH THEM OR TO EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE !!
