I am responding in regards to a customer compliant id # [redacted] *** [redacted] purchased a set of Chicago cubs Teardrop earrings on October 4th and is claiming that she never received the item and that we stole her moneyWhen [redacted] called I #apologized to her and explained that sometimes items do get lost in the mail that I would be more than happy to send a replacement AND do it with EXPEDITED shipping that would have cost times the cost of the actual sale but being that customer service is our top priority I offered to do that [redacted] than began to insult me to the point where it was so offensive that I in all my years in business have never been talked to so poorly by another person I wanted nothing more than to get this transaction taken care of immediatelyAfter about min of non-stop screaming she than calmed down and started to have a lengthly coversation that wasa than actually enjoyableI was taken back by the abuse that I was hearing from her and than I was talking to a different person tha tunderstood things happen and she than did not want us to spend the extra $30.oo for the shipping that we could send it first classWe ended the conversation on a good night she was calm and at that point pleasant As soon as we hung up I prepared her order and made sure that another pair of earrings were going to be shipped we also refunded her back in Feb we did submitt the refund earlier but for some reason [redacted] where she purchased the item took longer at refunding herWe do not have any control over refundsWe submitt the info to [redacted] seller central and the ycomplete the transactionWe do not have access to customers credit card information but she was refunded in full on February 15, the number to call to confirm that is [redacted] I spoke with them and the ysaid because it was so long ago they would confirm over the phone if you wanted them toThe situation I thought was resolved on a better note than it began withWe have never had a customer report us to the Revdex.com EVER and we dealwith alot of customers we are top rated seller on all our store s with [redacted] and [redacted] and [redacted] we take customer service extremely serious and bering this customer was probably he most challening customer we ever had I felt we dealt with this situation in a very professional way and went above of what most people would have doneI look forward to hearing back from you in this matter Thank you Warm Regards Top Shelf Sports Corey B [redacted]

You are too late [redacted] already cleaned up your messI want nothing to do with him, as he is volatile and immatureThis guy CB [redacted] , does not respond to the Revdex.com complaint on time and then sends a response much later, after [redacted] has cleaned up his messNo surprise, his response is an illiterate and oft misspelled tirade of lies, putting the blame on [redacted] and me, instead of himselfDoes he really think after his immature behavior and angry tirade, that this latest response, with more blaming, lying [redacted] even refuted his claims), lack of responsibility, and unprofessionalism, was going to appease a customer? Did he really think I would give him what he wants by saying this matter was closed, with this type of ridiculous response? That says so much about his business practicesThis "business" "owner" takes no responsibility for anything he doesHe rants, yells, and raves, at clients about how it is the post office's fault, mail carriers' fault, [redacted] 's fault, and the customer's faultWhen he is told that he needs to take responsibility as a business owner instead of blaming everyone else, the customer is engaging in "non-stop screaming," according to him when he is the one who is ranting and blaming everyone elseHe feels "abused" when he has to take responsibility for anythingI never got the product, my money back, or a response backIn his Revdex.com response he said he did those things, but he did not [redacted] recognized this and told me the seller was not going to reimburse me, so THEY DID, NOT THE SELLER [redacted] HAS EVEN REFUTED EVERYTHING THIS SELLER HAS STATED IN THIS Revdex.com RESPONSE BACK TO MEIn October 2016, I ordered a pair of MLB Chicago Cubs Dangle Teardrop Earrings, and to this date, I have never received item Top Shelf Sports stole my money and did not send the itemI called seller who just blamed post office and [redacted] instead of taking responsibility and whined about having to pay $shipping to send another oneAfter listening to this infuriating rant, we came to an understanding, that he would send the item and refund my moneyI even called him back to be nice to tell him to send it over a few days instead of spending $I was supposed to call him two days later to get a tracking number, but his mailbox was all of a sudden full He did not respond to E-mailsI E-mailed him and told him I was going to contact [redacted] , because he disappearedThere was still no response I never got the product, my money back, or a response back The seller, even with his low ratings, is still free to sell on [redacted] , even the item he never sent me, but charged me for itWe are done [redacted] already cleaned up your mess!
