Hello, I have documentation stating that the car was...
returned and that they will pay the loan off. I have not heard anything from them. They never paid the full balance. What is owed is $8400.00 and i'm receiving calls everyday for this balance. Please can you help me. I want to ask you if I can drop the documentation off at your [redacted] location.
Review: I Financed a 2005 Cadillac CTS from TopStar dealership . They did all the Motor Vehicle paperwork. I called the Dept. Of Motor Vehicles one day because I havenot received the Title . They told me I would never receive a Title for the car because its a Salvage Vehicle until I fill out there forms. I told them I had financed the Vehicle. [redacted] from the Dept. of Motor Vehicle said I do not own that car that I can take it back. They gave me a hard time taking it back until they were Feind by the Dept. of Motor Vehicles. I was told that this loan will be wiped off and im receiving a payment of over $ 8,000 with interest for this Vehicle. I put $2500.00 down and only received half back. The total loan was close to $15,000.00 and they only paid half. Not only was the Vehicle never registered for months they kept most of my down payment and its on my credit report. Is there anyway you can help me. I have documents stating they took the car back. If not do you know any lawyers that can help me.Desired Settlement: I want this loan fully paid off. I want it off my credit.I just purchaed a vehicle and im paying a high interest rate because of this car. I want the rest of my money back being that they never fully repaid the loan.
