Review: On July 16, 2015 I had my nails done by this salon. This salon charges $15 extra to use gel polish, I did not want to pay that every time I got my nails done but do like the polish so I purchased the same exact polish that this salon uses. I brought it in with me and requested they applied my nail polish. I could tell they weren't happy about this because this salon is charging for one use what the whole bottle cost, which I think is unethical. When I went to pay that is when she told me that she charged me $15 to use my own polish that I brought with me. When I asked for her to explain as to why they were charging me for polish I brought the only response was that I had agreed so it didn't matter. Gel is very expensive. When I again said that it was my own gel they repeated that I had agreed to pay so it doesn't matter. This is unethical polish comes with the nail service yet I was charged when I brought my own polish? This salon is very unsanitary, she did not sterilize the tools she used, she did not use a new nail file or buffer, she did not put down a clean towel, nothing was labeled soiled or clean.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the nail service they provided. This salons business practice is unethical and not regulated, yet you cannot dispute the charges because you pay at the end so they can charge you for what ever they want and you have no choice to pay or potential get in trouble for refusing to pay.
